【摘要】：茶文化作為我國傳統(tǒng)文化的核心和精髓,將其中蘊含的價值觀與文化活動相結(jié)合,將為國民培養(yǎng)發(fā)揮重要作用。所以如何才能有效利用文化時間,通過傳統(tǒng)文化與民俗體育文化活動的有效結(jié)合,將達到國民民俗體育修養(yǎng)的有效培養(yǎng)和提升。本文擬從民俗體育文化的開展現(xiàn)狀入手,分析民俗體育文化在民俗體育修養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)訓(xùn)練方面的不足,從而分析茶文化對提升民俗體育修養(yǎng)的影響,進而嘗試將茶文化融入民俗體育文化的相應(yīng)思路。
[Abstract]:Tea culture, as the core and essence of Chinese traditional culture, will play an important role in national cultivation by combining the values contained therein with cultural activities.Therefore, how to make effective use of cultural time, through the effective combination of traditional culture and folk sports cultural activities, will achieve the effective cultivation and promotion of national folk sports cultivation.This paper begins with the present situation of folk sports culture, analyzes the deficiency of folk sports culture in folk sports cultivation and training, and analyzes the influence of tea culture on the promotion of folk sports cultivation.Then try to integrate tea culture into folk sports culture.
