【摘要】：本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、錄像觀察等方法,對世界優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員丁寧、劉詩雯、李曉霞、石川佳純和馮天薇五名運(yùn)動員,在近三年重要比賽中的發(fā)球搶攻階段、接發(fā)球搶攻階段和相持階段的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)和路線進(jìn)行分析,旨在總結(jié)她們在比賽中技戰(zhàn)術(shù)運(yùn)用的共同點和不同點,為中國女子乒乓球運(yùn)動員在今后的訓(xùn)練和比賽中提供理論依據(jù)。通過觀察統(tǒng)計分析五名運(yùn)動員近三年40場207局比賽,所得出的結(jié)論如下:結(jié)論之一:優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員在發(fā)球類型上以側(cè)身正手發(fā)球為主,丁寧的發(fā)球以站立式發(fā)球為主配合使用下蹲砍式發(fā)球,落點變化大,主要以半出臺為主,同時以長球配合偷襲對手的端線大角。劉詩雯的發(fā)球落點和線路都比較靈活,以中路反手位的半出臺球為主,急長球的使用效果好。李曉霞發(fā)球落點變化多,以半出臺球和出臺長球配合使用。石川佳純的發(fā)球以近網(wǎng)短球為主,偶爾偷襲對手的底線長球。馮天薇在發(fā)球落點上以近網(wǎng)為主,以半出臺為輔,避免對方直接進(jìn)行接發(fā)球搶攻。結(jié)論之二:優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員對接發(fā)球技術(shù)的使用頻率上都是控制防御技術(shù)多于進(jìn)攻技術(shù),以擺短、劈長技術(shù)為主,以中路的近網(wǎng)短球和半出臺球為首選,通過控制防御技術(shù)來破壞對方直接進(jìn)行發(fā)球搶攻的意圖。結(jié)論之三:優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員在第三板和第四板中都具有強(qiáng)烈的搶攻意識,通過發(fā)球或接發(fā)球后多利用正反手的進(jìn)攻將球打到對手的中路或追身球,從而占據(jù)主動地位。結(jié)論之四:進(jìn)入相持階段后,優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員對于進(jìn)攻技術(shù)的使用頻率要高于控制技術(shù)的使用。在近三年的比賽中優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員的相持能力都有所提高。丁寧、劉詩雯、李曉霞和馮天薇以正反手的進(jìn)攻為主要得分手段,石川佳純以反手和側(cè)身進(jìn)攻為主,在路線的選擇上大都是以距離較長的斜線為主。結(jié)論之五:優(yōu)秀女單乒乓球運(yùn)動員之間的水平差距越來越小,她們之間的競爭更多地集中在對訓(xùn)練和比賽細(xì)節(jié)的把握上,我國女乒運(yùn)動員在技術(shù)方面中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對發(fā)球技術(shù)、接發(fā)球技術(shù)以及相持階段中攻防轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練,進(jìn)而全面提升自己的實力。
[Abstract]:Through the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, video observation and so on, this paper deals with five world elite women's singles table tennis players, such as Ding Ning, Liu Shiwen, Li Xiaoxia, Shikawa Jiachun and Feng Tianwei.In the last three years of the important matches, the techniques and tactics and the routes in the stage of receiving the serve and attacking and in the phase of holding each other are analyzed in order to sum up their common points and differences in the use of techniques and tactics in the competitions.To provide theoretical basis for Chinese women table tennis players in the future training and competition.By observing and analyzing 40 games of 207 innings of five players in the past three years, the conclusions are as follows: one of the conclusions: the main serve types of excellent female singles table tennis players are forehand serve,Ding Ning's serve to stand serve mainly with the use of squat chopped serve, the fall point changes, mainly to the semi-introduction of the main, while the long ball with an attack on the opponent's end line big angle.Liu Shiwen's serve landing point and line are flexible, with the half-out billiards in the middle backhand position as the main, and the use effect of the quick long ball is good.Li Xiaoxia serve drop point changes, to half out of billiards and long ball issued with the use.Ishikawa's serve to the near-net short ball, occasionally sneaking at the opponent's baseline long ball.Feng Tianwei in the service point to the near-net-based, to half-introduced as a supplementary, to avoid direct serve to catch the attack.Conclusion two: the use frequency of receiving and serving technique of excellent female single table tennis players is more control defense technique than offensive technique, with the technique of short pendulum and split length as the main technique, and the short ball of near net and half out of billiards as the first choice.By controlling defense techniques to undermine the opponent's intention to serve directly.Conclusion three: excellent female singles table tennis players have strong sense of preemption in the third board and the fourth board. After serving or receiving the ball, they use the attack of forehand and backhand to hit the ball in the middle of the opponent or chase the ball, thus occupying the active position.Conclusion four: after entering the phase of stalemate, the use frequency of offensive technique is higher than that of control technique in excellent female single table tennis players.In the last three years of the competition, the outstanding women's singles table tennis players' ability to hold each other has improved.Ding Ning, Liu Shiwen, Li Xiaoxia and Feng Tianwei take the attack of forehand and backhand as the main scoring means, Ishikawa Chia-chun takes the backhand and side attack as the main means, and the choice of the route is mostly the sloping line with a long distance.Conclusion five: the level gap between the elite female singles table tennis players is becoming smaller and smaller, the competition between them is more concentrated on the training and the details of the competition, the Chinese female table tennis players should strengthen the serve skills in the technical aspect.Receiving the ball technology and the phase of attack and defense conversion technology training, and then improve their strength.
