【摘要】：以中國(guó)成功申辦冬奧會(huì)為契機(jī),梳理了冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國(guó)呈現(xiàn)的地域發(fā)展不平衡的現(xiàn)狀,從自然條件和社會(huì)支持兩方面分析了制約冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素,并針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題給出建議:拓寬資金來(lái)源渠道;平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合,完善冰雪場(chǎng)館建設(shè);實(shí)施人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;建立科學(xué)管理機(jī)制;完善安全保障系統(tǒng);促進(jìn)冰雪體育產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展;發(fā)揮申奧成功對(duì)冰雪產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動(dòng)作用,為實(shí)現(xiàn)3億人參與冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)的目標(biāo)打下良好基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:Taking China's successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games as an opportunity, this paper combs the present situation of the uneven regional development of ice and snow sports in China, and analyzes the factors restricting the development of ice and snow sports from the two aspects of natural conditions and social support.In view of the existing problems, some suggestions are put forward: widening the sources of funds, combining peacetime and war, perfecting the construction of ice and snow venues, implementing the strategy of sustainable development of talents, establishing scientific management mechanism, perfecting the safety and security system;Promoting the development of ice and snow sports industrialization, giving full play to the role of the successful Olympic bid on the ice and snow industry, and laying a good foundation for the realization of the goal of 300 million people participating in ice and snow sports.
