【摘要】：高校體育教育本科專業(yè)是以“培養(yǎng)能勝任學(xué)校體育教育、教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練和競賽工作復(fù)合型體育教育人才”為目標(biāo)的,民族傳統(tǒng)體育的武術(shù)項(xiàng)目作為其中核心課程之一,是教學(xué)中不可或缺的重要組成部分。綜述武術(shù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容可知,主要分為國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)課程和校本課程兩類,辦出具有“突出地方特色”的校本課程對(duì)體育教育本科專業(yè)的發(fā)展有重要意義。將形意拳引入山西省高校體育教育本科專業(yè),既豐富了體育教育本科專業(yè)的課程,又有利于傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承,還對(duì)形意拳的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極作用。為了更好地了解山西形意拳校本課程現(xiàn)狀,為形意拳校本課程的開發(fā)把脈,本研究以山西省招收體育教育本科專業(yè)學(xué)生的13所高校形意拳教學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、邏輯歸納法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,通過對(duì)山西省高校形意拳教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀中教師對(duì)傳統(tǒng)體育文化的認(rèn)識(shí)、對(duì)形意拳的認(rèn)識(shí)以及形意拳的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法,學(xué)生對(duì)形意拳的認(rèn)識(shí)、對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的形意拳技術(shù)和理論知識(shí)的滿意度等現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。研究結(jié)果：(1)形意拳校本課程在山西省高校體育教育本科專業(yè)的開設(shè)力度不夠；(2)師資、課時(shí)和教材缺乏是高校體育教育本科專業(yè)沒有開設(shè)形意拳校本課程的主要原因；(3)山西地方拳種形意拳進(jìn)入高校體育教育專業(yè)的武術(shù)教學(xué)是適合的。研究建議：(1)將形意拳作為山西省體育教育專業(yè)校本課程加以推廣；(2)教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)適當(dāng)?shù)挠兴黾樱?3)加強(qiáng)形意拳課外活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:The undergraduate major of physical education in colleges and universities aims at "cultivating qualified physical education talents who are competent in physical education, teaching, training and competition", and the martial arts items of traditional national sports are regarded as one of the core courses.It is an indispensable part of teaching.This paper summarizes the content of martial arts teaching, which is divided into two types: national standard curriculum and school-based curriculum. It is of great significance for the development of physical education undergraduate specialty to run a school-based curriculum with "outstanding local characteristics".The introduction of shape and will boxing into the undergraduate major of physical education in Shanxi Province not only enriches the curriculum of the undergraduate major of physical education, but also contributes to the inheritance of traditional culture and has a positive effect on the development of shape and will boxing.In order to better understand the present situation of the school-based curriculum in Shanxi Province, and to check the development of the School-based Curriculum, this study takes the teaching of Shaheyi Boxing in 13 colleges and universities with undergraduate students of physical Education in Shanxi Province as the research object, and applies the method of literature and materials.Through the methods of questionnaire, interview, logic induction, mathematical statistics and so on, through the teachers' understanding of the traditional sports culture, the understanding of the shape and will boxing and the teaching content of the shape and will boxing in the present situation of the form and will boxing teaching in the colleges and universities of Shanxi Province,The present situation of teaching methods, students' understanding of shape and will boxing and the satisfaction of learning form and will boxing technology and theoretical knowledge were investigated.The results of this study are as follows: (1) School-based courses in physical education in Shanxi colleges and universities are not enough to set up physical education undergraduate courses in Shanxi Province.The lack of class hours and teaching materials is the main reason why the undergraduate major of physical education in colleges and universities has not set up the school-based curriculum of shape and will boxing) it is suitable for Shanxi local boxing to enter the martial arts teaching of physical education major in colleges and universities.The study suggests that: (1) to popularize the form and will boxing as a school-based course of physical education major in Shanxi Province, and to increase the teaching hours properly; (3) to strengthen the extracurricular activities of the form and will boxing.
