【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益發(fā)展，人們生活水平得到提高和改善，網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)愈發(fā)受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注和青睞，越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始加入網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的行列。在溫州市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，，網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)地在各個(gè)社區(qū)迅速建立起來(lái)，參與的群眾迅速增加之后，對(duì)于網(wǎng)球教學(xué)的需求也在增加。業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練不僅關(guān)系著網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)館的運(yùn)營(yíng)，也是連接網(wǎng)球愛(ài)好者的紐帶。他們是網(wǎng)球練習(xí)者的指導(dǎo)力量，因此有越來(lái)越多的新生力量加入到業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練的隊(duì)伍中，但是目前網(wǎng)球教練的從業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)際情況并不是十分樂(lè)觀，影響網(wǎng)球教練職業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素有哪些，值得我們研究。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法分析溫州市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練從業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，找出影響因素，為網(wǎng)球教練職業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)和提出合理的建議。研究結(jié)果如下： （1）目前市區(qū)的網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)館、場(chǎng)地就已達(dá)到了近200片，其中鹿城、龍灣、甌海三區(qū)總?cè)藬?shù)占溫州市總數(shù)的三分之一，但卻有28.6％的網(wǎng)球協(xié)會(huì)、75％的網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部、52.44％的網(wǎng)球教練；（2）溫州市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員存在性別差異，男性教練占78.1%；（3）在年齡層次上以青年教練為主,青年教練占到了65.6%；（4）從教練的技術(shù)水平層次分析，業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練的運(yùn)動(dòng)水平主要集中在二級(jí)、三級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員；業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練的執(zhí)教年限主要以1-4年為主；（5）業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練再教育次數(shù)隨著教育年限的增加而增加，但是受教育次數(shù)普遍偏低；（6）教練群體主體方面以兼職為主，專(zhuān)職教練占不到一半，專(zhuān)職化水平還待提高。（7）溫州市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練月收入，6001元以上的有26人，占總?cè)藬?shù)的27.2％。 通過(guò)因子分析得出，業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員發(fā)展的主要影響因素按順序分別是：（1）教練員的個(gè)人能力因子；（2）社會(huì)環(huán)境因子；（3）市場(chǎng)環(huán)境因子：（4）個(gè)人需求因子。 提出以下建議： （1）業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員應(yīng)該制定進(jìn)一步的學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展計(jì)劃,樹(shù)立起新的職業(yè)目標(biāo)和人生追求，既可減少工作的不順心和生活的不如意,又能有計(jì)劃地進(jìn)行深層次網(wǎng)球知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和參加各項(xiàng)社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。 （2）在沒(méi)有太多外部條件限制的情況下，業(yè)余教練們優(yōu)先考慮個(gè)人需要，它會(huì)讓自身職業(yè)朝著最佳的方向發(fā)展。 （3）業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練職業(yè)的發(fā)展需要教練們注重多方面的發(fā)展，不僅要注重日�；A(chǔ)理論知識(shí)、技能的掌握，更要注重發(fā)揮自身創(chuàng)造能力，在充實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)前提下，不斷的進(jìn)行實(shí)踐探索，形成自身獨(dú)特的特殊能力。 （4）隨著教練組織管理體制和聘用制度、相關(guān)待遇和權(quán)利保障的完善，特別是青年教練要把網(wǎng)球教學(xué)作為自己的專(zhuān)職職業(yè)對(duì)待。 （5）作為相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生或研究生要了解市場(chǎng)的需求，在面對(duì)較大的就業(yè)壓力的情況下，踏踏實(shí)實(shí)從事業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練這個(gè)職業(yè)會(huì)是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的選擇。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, people's living standard has been improved, tennis has been paid more and more attention and more and more people begin to join the ranks of tennis.With the rapid development of tennis in Wenzhou City, the tennis court has been set up rapidly in various communities, and the demand for tennis teaching has also increased after the rapid increase of the masses.Amateur tennis coach is not only related to the operation of tennis venues, but also a link between tennis lovers.They are the guiding force of tennis practitioners, so more and more new forces join the team of amateur tennis coaches, but the actual situation of the present situation of tennis coaches is not very optimistic.What are the main factors that affect the professional development of tennis coaches, which are worth our study.This paper analyzes the present situation of amateur tennis coaches in Wenzhou by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, finds out the influencing factors, and provides reference basis and reasonable suggestions for the professional development of tennis coaches.The findings are as follows:At present, there are nearly 200 tennis venues in the urban area. The total number of people in Lucheng, Longwan and Ouhai districts accounts for 1/3 of the total number of Wenzhou City.However, 28.6% of tennis associations and 75% of tennis clubs have 52.44% of tennis coaches. There are gender differences among amateur tennis coaches in Wenzhou. Male coaches account for 78.1%.Young coaches accounted for 65.6%) from the technical level of coaches, the sports level of amateur tennis coaches mainly concentrated in the second and third level athletes;The number of times of re-education of amateur tennis coaches increases with the increase of the number of years of education, but the number of times of education is generally low.The full-time coaches account for less than half, and the full-time level still needs to be improved.) the monthly income of amateur tennis coaches in Wenzhou is more than 6001 yuan, accounting for 27.2% of the total.Through factor analysis, the main influencing factors of the development of amateur tennis coaches are respectively: 1) 1) the individual ability factor 2) the social environment factor 3) the market environment factor: 4) the personal demand factor.The following recommendations are made:Amateur tennis coaches should make further study and development plans, set up new professional goals and life pursuits, which can reduce the unhappiness of work and life.Also can have the plan carries on the deep level tennis knowledge study and participates in each social practice activity.In the absence of too many external constraints, amateur coaches give priority to personal needs, which will lead to the best direction of their careers.3) the development of amateur tennis coaches requires coaches to pay attention to various aspects of development, not only to pay attention to the basic theoretical knowledge and skills, but also to give full play to their own creative ability, on the premise of substantial theoretical basis.Continuous practice and exploration to form their own unique special ability.4) with the improvement of the management system and employment system of coaches, the relative treatment and the guarantee of rights, especially the young coaches should treat tennis teaching as their professional profession.5) as a relevant undergraduate or graduate student to understand the needs of the market, in the face of greater employment pressure, it will be a good choice to work as a professional amateur tennis coach.
