表象訓(xùn)練法在高校公共體育課籃球投籃訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國大多數(shù)高校在公共體育課籃球的教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練過程中,基本上仍采用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法和訓(xùn)練手段,而在高校公共體育課的改革與創(chuàng)新時(shí)期,推進(jìn)個(gè)性化教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練上已出現(xiàn)很大不足。現(xiàn)在很多的高校基本都有了現(xiàn)代化設(shè)備并且具備現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)條件,但由于其認(rèn)識(shí)的不足和教學(xué)設(shè)備的使用性差,不能廣泛的應(yīng)用于高校公共體育課中籃球的教學(xué)當(dāng)中,對(duì)高;@球教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有不利影響。依照現(xiàn)代籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),在籃球投籃訓(xùn)練中,傳統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練方法對(duì)學(xué)生籃球投籃技術(shù)動(dòng)作起不到顯著的效果,為了提升普通高校學(xué)生的籃球投籃技術(shù)水平,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的趣味性和積極性,表象訓(xùn)練法被人們提及出來并受到廣泛運(yùn)用。本研究旨在探討表象訓(xùn)練法和高校學(xué)生籃球投籃技術(shù)動(dòng)作的形成及其應(yīng)用理論,并揭示了表象訓(xùn)練法對(duì)學(xué)生投籃技術(shù)動(dòng)作的形成及其應(yīng)用的影響,并提出可以提高學(xué)生投籃成績的有效手段,為學(xué)生運(yùn)用表象訓(xùn)練法訓(xùn)練提供相應(yīng)的理論參考。本文以表象訓(xùn)練法在高校公共體育課籃球投籃訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用研究為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)山西師范大學(xué)現(xiàn)代文理學(xué)院學(xué)生在公共體育課籃球投籃訓(xùn)練中運(yùn)用表象訓(xùn)練法的實(shí)驗(yàn)過程進(jìn)行全面的、系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和理論分析。本文主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,詳細(xì)的從籃球投籃技術(shù)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行研究分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)用表象訓(xùn)練法和傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練法存在的差異。因此,從籃球投籃時(shí)球的旋轉(zhuǎn)性控制能力、球的拋物線控制能力、球的落點(diǎn)預(yù)知能力、投籃成績和投籃技評(píng)等幾個(gè)方面,對(duì)表象訓(xùn)練法在高;@球投籃訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行分析。為今后高;@球的發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,將兩組學(xué)生的測(cè)試指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的比較分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)表象訓(xùn)練法是心理訓(xùn)練和技術(shù)訓(xùn)練的有機(jī)結(jié)合,顯著的提高了高校學(xué)生籃球投籃的命中率,使學(xué)生更容易掌握技術(shù)動(dòng)作。(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)生無論從投籃成績、投籃各項(xiàng)技術(shù)動(dòng)作指標(biāo)還是投籃技評(píng)都明顯好于對(duì)照組學(xué)生,實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生在運(yùn)用表象訓(xùn)練法實(shí)驗(yàn)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)效果有了明顯的提升,所以能看出表象訓(xùn)練法運(yùn)用到籃球投籃訓(xùn)練中優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練法。(3)在高校公共體育課籃球投籃訓(xùn)練中合理的運(yùn)用表象訓(xùn)練法,不僅可以使高校公共體育課教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練的方法與手段更加完善,而且還能促進(jìn)公共體育課的改革與創(chuàng)新。(4)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)在高校公共體育課中占據(jù)著重要的位置,不僅可以增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),還能提高學(xué)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:In the course of teaching and training of public physical education basketball in most colleges and universities of our country, the traditional teaching methods and training methods are still adopted basically, but in the period of reform and innovation of public physical education in colleges and universities, There has been a great shortage in promoting individualized teaching and training. Nowadays, many colleges and universities basically have modern equipment and modern teaching conditions, but because of their lack of understanding and poor use of teaching equipment, It can not be widely used in the teaching of basketball in college public physical education, which has a negative effect on the sustainable development of basketball teaching and training in colleges and universities. According to the development trend of modern basketball, it is used in basketball shooting training. The traditional training method has no significant effect on the basketball shooting technique of students. In order to improve the basketball shooting skill level of ordinary college students and enhance the students' interest and enthusiasm, The purpose of this study is to explore the formation and application theory of imagery training and basketball shooting skills of college students. The paper also reveals the influence of imagery training on the formation and application of students' shooting skills, and puts forward effective means to improve students' shooting performance. This paper studies the application of imagery training method in basketball shooting training in public physical education courses in colleges and universities. This paper makes a comprehensive, systematic data statistics and theoretical analysis on the experimental process of the students of the Modern College of Arts and Sciences of Shanxi normal University applying the method of imagery training in basketball shooting training in public physical education. The methods of expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on, are studied and analyzed in detail from the indexes of basketball shooting technique, and the difference between the use of image training method and traditional training method is found. From several aspects, such as the ability to control the ball's rotation, the control ability of the ball's parabola, the ability to predict the ball's landing point, the result of shooting and the evaluation of shooting technique, etc. This paper analyzes the application effect of image training method in basketball shooting training in colleges and universities. It provides a reference for the development of college basketball in the future. After the experiment, the test indexes of the two groups of students are compared and analyzed before and after the experiment. The following conclusion is drawn: the representation training method is an organic combination of psychological training and technical training, which significantly improves the shooting percentage of college students' basketball, and makes it easier for students to master technical movements. Each technical action index of shooting or the evaluation of shooting technique were obviously better than those of the control group. The experimental effect of the experimental class was obviously improved after using the imagery training method. Therefore, it can be seen that the application of the imagery training method to basketball shooting training is superior to that of the traditional training method. (3) the rational use of the imagery training method in the basketball shooting training of public physical education courses in colleges and universities. It can not only make the methods and means of teaching and training of public physical education in colleges and universities more perfect, but also promote the reform and innovation of public physical education. Not only can enhance the student's physical quality, but also can enhance the student's competition and the team cooperation consciousness.
