【摘要】：大學(xué)體育教師工作績效評價是高校教師績效管理體系中不可或缺的部分,運用實地調(diào)研、專家訪談、比較研究和文獻(xiàn)梳理與歸納法,以美國北卡羅來納大學(xué)、休斯頓大學(xué)2所學(xué)校和中國的北京大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)等為例,對中、美大學(xué)體育教師工作績效評價的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、內(nèi)容、方法、指標(biāo)、評價結(jié)果的使用等進行比較,2國大學(xué)在體育教師績效評價原則、評價特點、評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評價方法和評價結(jié)果使用方面存在較大的差異,以此探究其不同的特點和運行機制。
[Abstract]:The performance evaluation of college physical education teachers is an indispensable part of the performance management system of university teachers. Using field research, expert interviews, comparative research, literature review and induction, the University of North Carolina in the United States, the University of North Carolina, the United States, the United States, the University of North Carolina, The performance evaluation criteria, contents, methods and indicators of physical education teachers in Chinese and American universities, such as Peking University and Tsinghua University in China, are analyzed in 2 schools of the University of Houston and Beijing University and Tsinghua University in China. The use of evaluation results was compared between the two universities in terms of performance evaluation principles, evaluation characteristics, evaluation criteria, evaluation methods and the use of evaluation results, in order to explore their different characteristics and operational mechanisms.
