開(kāi)封市城區(qū)跆拳道俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)的推廣,各種各樣的跆拳道俱樂(lè)部、跆拳道館迅速崛起。目前,跆拳道俱樂(lè)部已成為我國(guó)青少年學(xué)習(xí)和參與跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)的主要途徑。跆拳道俱樂(lè)部作為一種社會(huì)體育培訓(xùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)體,教學(xué)質(zhì)量是其生存與發(fā)展的生命,不僅直接影響其社會(huì)聲譽(yù)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、辦學(xué)規(guī)模和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,更影響受訓(xùn)者運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)水平和體質(zhì)健康水平的提高。為了把握開(kāi)封市跆拳道俱樂(lè)部的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,探索跆拳道俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)規(guī)律,提高開(kāi)封市跆拳道俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)質(zhì)量,推動(dòng)開(kāi)封市跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)事業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,運(yùn)用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪(fǎng)談法、實(shí)地考察法與邏輯分析法相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)開(kāi)封市城區(qū)跆拳道俱樂(lè)部的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果認(rèn)為:開(kāi)封市城區(qū)跆拳道俱樂(lè)部課程教學(xué)目標(biāo)主要以鍛煉身體、學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能、防身、興趣和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生跆拳道精神等為主;俱樂(lè)部推出課程的課時(shí)量以71-80學(xué)時(shí)居多,一般每周安排3次課,上課時(shí)段集中在周五、周六、周日晚上,每次課持續(xù)時(shí)間大多在90-120分鐘之間;學(xué)員以小學(xué)生和初中生為主,有明確的強(qiáng)身健體動(dòng)機(jī);教學(xué)內(nèi)容一般圍繞晉級(jí)考試內(nèi)容安排,主要有品勢(shì)、基礎(chǔ)腿法、競(jìng)技實(shí)戰(zhàn)及身體素質(zhì);教學(xué)組織一般根據(jù)課程不同教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),采用集體教學(xué)、分組教學(xué)、自主學(xué)習(xí)、以老帶新等形式,其中集體教學(xué)和分組教學(xué)采用率較高,總體呈現(xiàn)“總-分-總”的現(xiàn)象;講解法、示范法、重復(fù)練習(xí)法深受教練員青睞;俱樂(lè)部教練員以男子和專(zhuān)職教練為主,有少量女子和兼職教練,年齡集中在20-30歲之間,學(xué)歷層次總體不高,技術(shù)等級(jí)以黑帶一段為主,持有教練員資格證的人數(shù)較多,執(zhí)教年限主要集中在3-7年;大多數(shù)俱樂(lè)部場(chǎng)館設(shè)施較為齊全,場(chǎng)地面積和教學(xué)設(shè)施能夠滿(mǎn)足教學(xué)需要;教學(xué)管理主要包括教學(xué)計(jì)劃管理、教練員管理、學(xué)員管理及教學(xué)實(shí)施管理等方面,除了教學(xué)組織實(shí)施過(guò)程管理存在缺位現(xiàn)象外,其他方面各俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)管理執(zhí)行較好;大部分教練員和學(xué)員對(duì)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)較為滿(mǎn)意,大多數(shù)學(xué)員能通過(guò)晉級(jí)考試。開(kāi)封市城區(qū)跆拳道俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)主要有多途徑激發(fā)學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,建立教練員與學(xué)員的新型師生關(guān)系,經(jīng)常參加省內(nèi)交流比賽,組織教練員開(kāi)展年會(huì)交流和培訓(xùn)等;在存在的問(wèn)題主要有教學(xué)內(nèi)容重競(jìng)技輕品勢(shì),家長(zhǎng)不重視學(xué)員不堅(jiān)持,教練員隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定,缺乏行業(yè)監(jiān)督機(jī)制等方面。為了提高開(kāi)封市城區(qū)跆拳道俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提出了豐富跆拳道俱樂(lè)部教學(xué)內(nèi)容,突出因材施教模式,提高教練員整體教學(xué)水平,完善跆拳道俱樂(lè)部的硬件設(shè)施保障學(xué)員安全,建立跆拳道俱樂(lè)部行業(yè)監(jiān)督機(jī)制完善管理體系等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the promotion of taekwondo, various taekwondo clubs and taekwondo clubs have risen rapidly. Taekwondo club has become the main way for young people to learn and participate in taekwondo. As a social sports training entity, the teaching quality of Taekwondo club is the life of its survival and development. In order to grasp the present teaching situation of Taekwondo Club in Kaifeng City, it directly affects not only its social reputation, competitiveness, school scale and economic benefits, but also the improvement of the trainees' sports technology and physical health. To explore the teaching rules of Taekwondo clubs, to improve the teaching quality of Taekwondo clubs in Kaifeng, and to promote the further development of Taekwondo sports in Kaifeng City. The present situation and problems of Taekwondo club teaching in Kaifeng city are studied by combining field investigation and logic analysis. The results show that the main teaching goal of Taekwondo club in Kaifeng city is to exercise body. Sports skills, self-defense, interest and cultivation of students' spirit of taekwondo are the main subjects. The number of classes offered by the club is 71-80 hours, which is usually arranged three times a week. Classes are held on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, etc. The duration of each class is mostly between 90-120 minutes; the students are mainly primary school students and junior high school students, and they have clear motivation to strengthen themselves. The teaching contents are generally arranged around the contents of the promotion examination, which mainly include quality, basic leg method, The teaching organization generally adopts collective teaching, group teaching, independent learning, old and new teaching, and so on according to the different teaching links of the course, among which the collective teaching and group teaching have a higher adoption rate. In general, the phenomenon of "total division-total" is very popular among coaches, such as explanation, demonstration and repeated practice. Club coaches are dominated by men and full-time coaches, with a small number of women and part-time coaches, who are concentrated in the 20-30 years old. The educational level is not high, the technical level is mainly black belt, the number of coaches with qualification certificate is more, the teaching years are mainly in 3-7 years; most club facilities are relatively complete. The teaching management mainly includes the management of teaching plan, the management of coaches, the management of students and the management of teaching implementation. Most coaches and students are satisfied with the teaching evaluation. The successful teaching experience of Taekwondo clubs in Kaifeng City has many ways to stimulate students' interest in learning, establish a new teacher-student relationship between coaches and students, and often participate in exchange competitions within the province. Organizing coaches to carry out annual exchanges and training, etc. In the existing problems, the main problems are the emphasis on teaching content and sports, the tendency of parents not to pay attention to students' persistence, and the unstable team of coaches. In order to improve the teaching quality of Taekwondo clubs in Kaifeng city, the teaching contents of taekwondo clubs are enriched, the teaching mode of teaching according to their aptitude is highlighted, and the overall teaching level of coaches is improved. Improve the hardware facilities of taekwondo club to ensure the safety of students, establish the industry supervision mechanism of taekwondo club, improve the management system and so on.
