3-6歲兒童基本動(dòng)作技能發(fā)展與靜態(tài)平衡能力的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:動(dòng)作是人類最重要的基本技能之一,在人類的生存和發(fā)展中起著至關(guān)重要的最用,基本動(dòng)作技能是人類動(dòng)作技能中最基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)作技能,它的發(fā)展貫穿在整個(gè)成長過程之中,兒童是形成與發(fā)展多種基本動(dòng)作技能形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。平衡能力是人類的基本運(yùn)動(dòng)能力之一,是一項(xiàng)基本的身體素質(zhì),它對(duì)于我們的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作有著重要的作用。本文旨在研究3-6歲兒童靜態(tài)平衡能力與基本動(dòng)作技能發(fā)展之間的相關(guān)性,分析影響兒童基本動(dòng)作發(fā)展和靜態(tài)平衡能力發(fā)展的影響因素,為兒童基本動(dòng)作發(fā)展和平衡能力的教學(xué)提供參考,幫助兒童更好的學(xué)習(xí)基本動(dòng)作技能,不斷提高自身的平衡能力。方法:本文選取山東省濟(jì)南市長清區(qū)常春藤幼兒園200名(男生97名,女生103名)3-6歲兒童為研究對(duì)象。采用粗大動(dòng)作發(fā)展測(cè)試(TGMD-2)對(duì)受試者進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并對(duì)其動(dòng)作過程進(jìn)行攝像,并按照動(dòng)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行打分,得到每位兒童基本動(dòng)作技能的成績(jī),通過原地單腳站立測(cè)試以及錄像觀察法綜合評(píng)定兒童的靜態(tài)平衡能力,分析兒童基本動(dòng)作發(fā)展的影響因素,最后分析兒童基本動(dòng)作技能與靜態(tài)平衡能力之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,最后得出的研究結(jié)果如下:(1)年齡是影響兒童基本動(dòng)作技能發(fā)展的重要因素,隨著年齡的增長兒童基本動(dòng)作動(dòng)作技能不斷提高,只是提高的的幅度存在著差異,增幅最大的是4歲到5歲之間。(2)3-6歲兒童基本動(dòng)作技能發(fā)展不存在顯著的性別差異。(3)年齡是影響兒童靜態(tài)平衡能力的重要因素,且隨著年齡的增長,同齡兒童之間的靜態(tài)平衡能力的個(gè)體差異逐漸拉大。(4)兒童靜態(tài)平衡能力發(fā)展存在著性別差異,但差異性并不明顯。(5)靜態(tài)平衡能力與基本動(dòng)作技能的發(fā)展之間有顯著的相關(guān)性,靜態(tài)平衡能力與位移技能的相關(guān)性高于操作技能的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: action is one of the most important basic skills of human beings, which plays an important role in the survival and development of human beings. Its development runs through the whole process of growth. Children are the key period for the formation and development of a variety of basic motor skills. Balance ability is one of the basic sports abilities of human beings, a basic physical quality, and it is of great importance to our lives. Learning and work play an important role. The purpose of this paper is to study the correlation between the static balance ability and the development of basic motor skills of children aged 3-6 years, and to analyze the factors that affect the development of children's basic movement and static balance ability. To provide reference for the teaching of children's basic movement development and balance ability, and to help children to learn basic motor skills better. Methods: 200 Ivy League kindergartens (97 males and 103 females aged 3-6 years) in Changqing District of Jinan City, Shandong Province were selected to study the balance ability. TGMD-2 was used to test the subjects. The motion process was photographed and scored according to the action standard. The results of basic movement skills of each child were obtained. The static balance ability of children was comprehensively evaluated by in-situ one-foot standing test and video observation. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of children's basic movement development, and finally analyzes the correlation between children's basic motor skills and static balance ability. The results are as follows: (1) Age is an important factor affecting the development of children's basic motor skills. As children grow older, their basic motor skills continue to improve, but there are differences in the extent of improvement. The biggest increase was that between 4 and 5 years of age, there was no significant gender difference in the development of basic motor skills of children aged 3 to 6.) Age was an important factor affecting children's static balance ability, and with the increase of age, there was no significant gender difference in the development of basic motor skills. The individual difference of static balance ability between children of the same age gradually increased. 4) there was a gender difference in the development of static balance ability of children, but the difference was not obvious. 5) there was a significant correlation between static balance ability and the development of basic motor skills. The correlation between static balance ability and displacement skill is higher than that of operation skill.
