【摘要】：“網(wǎng)絡(luò)+時代”的到來,讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)以各種各樣的形式出現(xiàn)在人們的生活中。網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有信息傳播快、跨時空、跨地域的特點(diǎn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)的興起也給人們的生活提供了更多的便捷。隨著騰訊QQ的快速發(fā)展,以各種興趣愛好為主體的QQ群應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,隨著人們對健康的重視,各種項目的“QQ群非正式體育組織”也隨之出現(xiàn),并發(fā)展迅速�！癚Q群非正式體育組織”以興趣愛好為主,自愿參與,其自由多樣的組織形式吸引了很多人加入,尤其是在校大學(xué)生,課余時間多,上網(wǎng)時間多,成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)主力軍,因此自由豐富的組織活動更能吸引大學(xué)生的加入。本文從組織的運(yùn)行特征及引導(dǎo)機(jī)制來了解“QQ群非正式體育組織”的存在與發(fā)展情況。本文以“QQ群非正式體育組織”的運(yùn)行特征及引導(dǎo)機(jī)制為研究內(nèi)容,選取4個昆明市大學(xué)生“QQ群非正式體育組織”為調(diào)查對象,采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法。對“QQ群非正式體育組織”的運(yùn)行過程及活動運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行分析研究,最后得出運(yùn)行特征及引導(dǎo)機(jī)制。為昆明市大學(xué)生“QQ群非正式體育組織”的發(fā)展及運(yùn)行提供一定的參考。通過對昆明市大學(xué)生“QQ群非正式體育組織”的調(diào)查研究得出如下結(jié)果:(1)在發(fā)展規(guī)模上:昆明市大學(xué)生QQ群非正式體育組織在其發(fā)展規(guī)模上,群體數(shù)量較多,但部分群體人數(shù)過少,發(fā)展欠佳。(2)運(yùn)行過程及運(yùn)行原則:(1)運(yùn)行過程:由組織者在QQ群中發(fā)布活動信息,成員自由報名參與活動,再由組織者確定人員并組織活動開展,然后安排好組織的決策、管理、后勤服務(wù)工作。(2)其運(yùn)行原則應(yīng)遵循:積極支持原則、相互協(xié)調(diào)與配合原則、分工協(xié)作原則和用人所長原則。(3)在活動頻率上:室內(nèi)(羽毛球/乒乓球)QQ群體活動次數(shù)較多,戶外(騎行和周末出游聚會(爬山群))這兩個群體組織活動次數(shù)相對較少。(4)在活動內(nèi)容上:從調(diào)查中了解到,室內(nèi)組織的活動內(nèi)容較單調(diào),以打羽毛球、乒乓球?yàn)橹?成員主要以參與運(yùn)用球類進(jìn)行身體鍛煉活動的內(nèi)容為主。戶外組織的活動內(nèi)容較豐富,成員主要以參與一些簡單的體育娛樂活動內(nèi)容為主。(5)運(yùn)行特征:(1)昆明市大學(xué)生“QQ群非正式體育組織”形成的“線上”與“線下”運(yùn)作模式;(2)呈現(xiàn)“多核”與“單核”組織結(jié)構(gòu)特征;(3)突出“網(wǎng)緣與趣緣紐帶”關(guān)系特征;(4)呈現(xiàn)出“默契式合作”與“邊緣化退出”的流動狀態(tài);(5)組織所具有的優(yōu)勢及面臨的問題。(6)引導(dǎo)機(jī)制:(1)加強(qiáng)組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境“綠色健康”的責(zé)任教育機(jī)制;(2)增強(qiáng)“QQ交流”的正面交流作用;(3)加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保障機(jī)制;(4)建立“大數(shù)據(jù)支持系統(tǒng)”的反饋機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the "network age", the network appears in all kinds of forms in people's lives. The network has the characteristics of fast information dissemination, transtemporal, cross-regional, and so on. With the rapid development of Tencent QQ, QQs with various interests as the main body came into being, as people pay more attention to health. The "QQ group informal sports organizations" also appeared in various projects and developed rapidly. The "QQ group informal sports organizations" are mainly interested and participate voluntarily, and their free and diverse forms of organization have attracted many people, especially college students. With more spare time after school and more time on the Internet, it has become the main force of the network. Therefore, free and rich organization activities can attract college students to join. This paper tries to understand the existence and development of "QQ group informal sports organization" from the operation characteristics and guiding mechanism of the organization. The operating characteristics and guiding mechanism of Weaving are the contents of the research. Four college students'"QQ group informal sports organization" in Kunming were selected as the investigation object, and the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics were used to analyze and study the operation process and activities of "QQ group informal sports organization". Finally, the operating characteristics and guiding mechanism are obtained, which provide a certain reference for the development and operation of QQgroup informal sports organization for Kunming university students. Through the investigation and study of Kunming University students'QQ Group informal Sports Organization. The results are as follows: on the scale of development: Kunming University students'QQ group informal sports organization in its development scale, The number of groups is large, but the number of some groups is too small, the development is not very good.) the running process and the running principle: the organizer publishes the activity information in the QQgroup, and the members sign up to participate in the activity freely. The organizer shall determine the personnel and organize the activities, and then arrange the decision-making, management, and logistic services of the organization.) the operational principles shall be followed: the principle of active support, the principle of coordination and cooperation, The principle of division of labor and cooperation and the principle of employing director. 3) in the frequency of activities: indoor (badminton / table tennis / QQ group activities are more, Outdoor (cycling and weekend outings (mountain climbing group)) these two groups organized relatively few activities in the content of activities: from the survey, we know that the activities of indoor organizations are more monotonous, mainly playing badminton, table tennis, Members mainly participate in the use of ball games for physical exercise activities, the content of outdoor activities is relatively rich, Members mainly participate in some simple sports and entertainment activities, mainly.
