【摘要】：運(yùn)動(dòng)員服用興奮劑問(wèn)題一直是困擾奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一大癥結(jié)。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料與邏輯分析法,論述運(yùn)動(dòng)員服用興奮劑的誘因,從"成績(jī)等于利益是興奮劑屢禁不止的根源"這一觀點(diǎn)展開,分析了運(yùn)動(dòng)員使用興奮劑行為的罪與罰;運(yùn)用模型分析法,基于成本-收益與博弈論的研究視角,分析個(gè)人項(xiàng)目、集體項(xiàng)目、運(yùn)動(dòng)員與監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)博弈模型;理清各博弈方的利益關(guān)系與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)選擇,并提出"堵"與"疏"并用、強(qiáng)化教育、制定多元化的競(jìng)技成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度等應(yīng)對(duì)措施,從而助益奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Doping problem has been a major problems affecting the sustainable development of the Olympic movement. By using literature data and logical analysis, discusses the doping causes, from the "performance equal to the interests is the root of" doping repeated this view, analyzed the athlete doping behaviors of crime and punishment; by using model analysis method from the perspective of research, cost-benefit and based on game theory, collective project analysis of individual projects, and the game model of athletes and regulators; relationships with the interests of the game to sort out the risk selection, and put forward the "block" and "sparse" and used, strengthen education, develop sports performance evaluation and reward system and other measures of diversification thus, help the healthy development of the Olympic movement.
