【摘要】：中國(guó)足協(xié)實(shí)行脫鉤后,組織性質(zhì)的變化必然要求政府與協(xié)會(huì)關(guān)系的變化。以政社分離為切入點(diǎn),應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和邏輯分析法,用嵌入性治理理論審視當(dāng)前中國(guó)足協(xié)的改革。首先,介紹了嵌入性治理應(yīng)用于中國(guó)足協(xié)轉(zhuǎn)型的可行性,探討了政府嵌入的邊界和程度;其次,從制度和組織兩個(gè)層面分析當(dāng)前中國(guó)足協(xié)中的政府嵌入行為;最后,提出政府嵌入中國(guó)足協(xié)的問(wèn)題及優(yōu)化建議,為體育管理體制和社會(huì)組織管理體制改革提供參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:After the Chinese Football Association has implemented decoupling, the change of organizational nature will inevitably require the change of the relationship between the government and the association. Taking the separation of government and society as the starting point, the paper applies the literature analysis method and the logical analysis method. This paper examines the current reform of the Chinese Football Association with the theory of embedded governance. Firstly, it introduces the feasibility of the application of embedded governance in the transformation of the Chinese Football Association, and probes into the boundary and extent of government embedding. This paper analyzes the behavior of government embedding in China Football Association from the two aspects of system and organization. Finally, it puts forward the problems of government embedding in China Football Association and its optimization suggestions, which can provide reference for the reform of sports management system and social organization management system.
