吉林省體育運動學校“重訓輕學”問題解決策略研究

【摘要】:體育運動學校不僅僅是培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀競技體育后備人才的主陣地,更是提升運動員文化教育素養(yǎng)的重要學府。近年來,體育運動學校為我國培養(yǎng)了一大批優(yōu)秀、卓越的學生運動員。但是,運動員學訓失衡突出、文化教育水平滯后等問題已成為制約體育運動學校文化教育發(fā)展及學生身心全面發(fā)展的重要因素,作為培育優(yōu)秀運動員的體育運動學校,應將強化運動員文化教育作為重要出發(fā)與落腳點,而文化教育作為運動員終身發(fā)展的核心命脈卻無人顧忌,迫切需要進一步強化體育運動學校文化教育的管理工作。本研究采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等,對吉林省體育運動學校運動員的文化教育、訓練現(xiàn)狀進行實地調(diào)查,挖掘影響吉林省體育運動學校“重訓輕學”的根源問題,提出吉林省體育運動學!爸赜栞p學”的優(yōu)化策略,從而培育與打造綜合性、復合型學校競技體育后備人才。研究認為:(一)吉林省體育運動學校“重訓輕學”問題將導致學生畢業(yè)后出口狹窄,社會適應度較低,從而造成學校培養(yǎng)目標的偏失,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的下降,教育教學資源的斷裂,人才培養(yǎng)體系的脫節(jié)。(二)影響吉林省體育運動學校“重訓輕學”問題的原因可歸納為自身發(fā)展、歷史演變和外部環(huán)境三個方面,具體表現(xiàn)為教育目標不明確、考核評價不規(guī)范、管理機制不暢、思想認識滯后、學訓時間失衡、教育環(huán)境缺失、文化意識薄弱、訓練效果不佳。(三)吉林省體育運動學!爸赜栞p學”問題的解決策略為轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)理念與目標,加強科學評價與管理,加強師資隊伍建設及課程體系建設,改善學校教育教學環(huán)境,關(guān)注學生身心全面發(fā)展;诖,筆者提出以下優(yōu)化策略:(一)建議吉林省體育運動學校管理者啟動文化教育管理機制,學訓并重,加強學風建設,制定文化教育獎懲措施,明確教育目標,推行有效教學管理。(二)建議吉林省體育運動學校教師調(diào)整課程方案與布局,培養(yǎng)學生文化學習興趣,執(zhí)行學生綜合素質(zhì)考核,整合開發(fā)資源,推動體育運動學校常態(tài)化發(fā)展。(三)建議吉林省體育運動學校學生轉(zhuǎn)變思想認識和觀念,合理分配學習與訓練時間,避免“學訓失衡”升級。(四)建議相關(guān)管理部門構(gòu)建教學質(zhì)量監(jiān)測與保障機制,支撐體育運動學校辦學條件,加強招生選材的規(guī)范性,提高體育后備人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Sports schools are not only the main position for training outstanding reserve talents of competitive sports, but also important institutions for promoting the cultural and educational literacy of athletes. In recent years, sports schools have cultivated a large number of outstanding sports schools for our country. However, the imbalance of athletes' learning and training and the lagged level of culture and education have become the important factors restricting the development of sports school culture and education and the students' physical and mental comprehensive development. As a sports school for cultivating outstanding athletes, it is necessary to strengthen the athletes' cultural education as an important starting point and a foothold, and cultural education as the core lifeline of the athletes' lifelong development is not to be feared. There is an urgent need to further strengthen the management of sports school culture and education. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, etc., to the cultural education of athletes in Jilin sports schools. This paper makes a field investigation on the present situation of training, excavates the root problem that affects the sports school of Jilin Province "attaching importance to training and neglecting learning", and puts forward the optimization strategy of "attaching importance to training and neglecting learning" in Jilin sports school, so as to cultivate and build a comprehensive system. The study holds that the problem of "attaching importance to training and neglecting learning" in Jilin sports schools will lead to narrow export of students after graduation and lower social adaptation, resulting in the partial loss of the school's training goals. The decline of talent training quality, the rupture of educational and teaching resources, the disconnect of talent training system. (2) the reasons that affect the problem of "attaching importance to training and neglecting learning" in Jilin sports schools can be summed up in three aspects: self-development, historical evolution and external environment. The concrete manifestation is that the educational goal is not clear, the assessment and evaluation is not standardized, the management mechanism is not smooth, the thought cognition lags behind, the learning and training time is out of balance, the educational environment is missing, and the cultural consciousness is weak. (3) the strategies for solving the problem of "attaching importance to training and neglecting learning" in Jilin Sports School are to change the concept and goal of talent training, to strengthen scientific evaluation and management, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and curriculum system. Based on this, the author puts forward the following optimization strategy: (1) the author suggests that the managers of Jilin sports school should start the management mechanism of culture and education, pay equal attention to learning and training, and strengthen the construction of study style. To formulate measures of rewards and punishments for culture and education, to clarify educational objectives, to carry out effective teaching management. (2) to suggest that teachers in Jilin sports schools adjust the curriculum plan and layout, cultivate students' interest in cultural learning, and carry out comprehensive quality assessment of students. Integrating and developing resources, promoting the regular development of sports schools. (3) suggesting that the students of Jilin sports schools should change their ideas and ideas, and allocate their study and training time rationally. To avoid the "imbalance of learning and training" upgrade. (4) it is suggested that the relevant management departments should set up the monitoring and guarantee mechanism of teaching quality, support the conditions of running sports schools, strengthen the standardization of recruitment and selection, and improve the training quality of sports reserve talents.
