【摘要】:2014年7月,教育部體衛(wèi)藝司司長(zhǎng)王登峰在第十二屆全國(guó)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上說到,“持續(xù)下滑二十五年的中小學(xué)學(xué)生體質(zhì)終于開始止跌回升了,但是大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)下滑的趨勢(shì)還在繼續(xù)!备咝4髮W(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況已成為政府與社會(huì)關(guān)心的重要問題。多年來,國(guó)家相繼出臺(tái)了若干大學(xué)生體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)和體育健康促進(jìn)指導(dǎo)文件,實(shí)施效果如何?實(shí)施中還存在哪些問題?如何才能更好地提升大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康?這些問題都亟待管理部門和科研工作者加以關(guān)注與深入研究。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、對(duì)比分析法等,以菏澤醫(yī)學(xué)?茖W(xué)校2012、2013、2014三個(gè)年級(jí)大學(xué)生為測(cè)試對(duì)象,選取三個(gè)年級(jí)學(xué)生入學(xué)時(shí)與學(xué)年末體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其身高、體重、肺活量、1000米跑(男)、800米跑(女)、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、仰臥起坐(女)、引體向上(男)、坐位體前屈9項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行縱向、橫向等不同視角對(duì)比。研究結(jié)論如下:1.菏澤醫(yī)學(xué)?茖W(xué)校主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與體育部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師對(duì)大學(xué)生體育健康測(cè)試與體質(zhì)健康促進(jìn)工作給予了較高重視?傮w研究表明:菏澤醫(yī)學(xué)?茖W(xué)校學(xué)生整體體質(zhì)水平良好,測(cè)試成績(jī)呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。2.身體形態(tài)方面:(1)入學(xué)時(shí),2012~2014級(jí)男生身高呈上升趨勢(shì)、女生身高發(fā)展不均衡、2012級(jí)和2013級(jí)高于全國(guó)均值且差異不顯著;男女生體重發(fā)展不均衡,2013級(jí)男生顯著低于2012級(jí)和2014級(jí),2013級(jí)女生顯著高于2012級(jí)和2014級(jí)。(2)學(xué)年末,2012~2014級(jí)男生身高呈上升趨勢(shì)、女生呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì)且女生均高于全國(guó)均值,2012級(jí)顯著高于2014級(jí)女生;2013級(jí)男女生體重顯著高于2012級(jí)和2014級(jí)男女生;各年級(jí)男女生均顯著高于全國(guó)均值。(3)同一年級(jí)前后兩次測(cè)試比較,身高方面,2012級(jí)女生和2014級(jí)男生的身高增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)顯著;體重方面,2012級(jí)男女生學(xué)年末的體重波動(dòng)幅度不大,2013級(jí)男生體重增長(zhǎng)幅度較大,2014級(jí)男女生體重下降趨勢(shì)較明顯。另外,BIM整體分布顯示:女生偏輕、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體重者所占比例高于男生,男生肥胖者所占比例高于女生。3.身體機(jī)能方面:(1)2012~2014級(jí)男、女生入學(xué)時(shí)的肺活量呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),2014級(jí)與2013級(jí)女生均顯著高于2012級(jí)。(2)學(xué)年末的肺活量呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì),2013級(jí)女生顯著高于2012級(jí)。(3)同一年級(jí)前后兩次比較,2012級(jí)女生學(xué)年末的肺活量增長(zhǎng)為22.4毫升,男生增長(zhǎng)為128.58毫升;2013級(jí)女生學(xué)年末的肺活量增長(zhǎng)為8.33毫升,男生增長(zhǎng)為68.36毫升且優(yōu)秀率均上升;2014級(jí)女生學(xué)年末的肺活量下降為19.08毫升,男生增長(zhǎng)為21.66毫升,其中,2012級(jí)男女生的肺活量水平提升幅度較大但不顯著。4.身體素質(zhì)方面:(1)男、女生入學(xué)時(shí)耐力跑呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì),女生方面,2012級(jí)最好、2013級(jí)最差、2014級(jí)居中,男生方面,2013級(jí)最好、2012級(jí)最差、2014級(jí)居中。學(xué)年末的耐力跑呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì),2014級(jí)女生顯著高于2013、2012級(jí)。同一年級(jí)前后兩次比較,2014級(jí)女生和2012級(jí)男生提高幅度較大但優(yōu)秀率均下降。(2)入學(xué)時(shí)男生的立定跳遠(yuǎn)呈下降趨勢(shì),女生成績(jī)不穩(wěn)定,二者均顯著低于全國(guó)均值。學(xué)年末男女生呈下降趨勢(shì)且均低于全國(guó)均值。同一年級(jí)前后兩次比較,2012級(jí)男女生提高幅度相對(duì)較大且優(yōu)秀率均上升。(3)坐位體前屈男生入學(xué)時(shí)呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),女生呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì),2014級(jí)男女生顯著高于2012級(jí)。學(xué)年末男生呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),女生呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì),2014級(jí)男生顯著高于2012級(jí)、2013級(jí)。同一年級(jí)前后兩次比較,2014級(jí)男女生成績(jī)顯著且女生優(yōu)秀率上升。(4)入學(xué)時(shí)男生引體向上、女生仰臥起坐呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì),2013級(jí)女生顯著高于2012級(jí)、2014級(jí),2013級(jí)男生高于2012級(jí)、2014級(jí)。學(xué)年末男、女生呈不穩(wěn)定趨勢(shì)發(fā)展,2013級(jí)高于全國(guó)均值。同一年級(jí)前后兩次比較,2012級(jí)、2013級(jí)、2014級(jí)入學(xué)時(shí)與學(xué)年末成績(jī)比較穩(wěn)定且均不顯著其中2012級(jí)男生和2014級(jí)女生優(yōu)秀率上升幅度大。5.體質(zhì)測(cè)試綜合等級(jí)結(jié)果:2012級(jí)-2014級(jí)女生學(xué)年末整體成績(jī)比入學(xué)時(shí)優(yōu)秀,尤其良好率和及格率波動(dòng)較大等級(jí)值呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。2012級(jí)-2014級(jí)男生入學(xué)時(shí)、學(xué)年末整體優(yōu)秀率波動(dòng)幅度不大呈穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),大部分處于及格水平。

All these problems need the management and scientific research workers to attention and further study. In this study, using the method of literature, comparative analysis in the method, three grade 201220132014 students in Heze Medical College as the test object, select the students of grade three The test data of physical and health at the end of the school year enrollment as the research object, the height, weight, vital capacity, 1000 meter run (male), 800 meter run (female), standing long jump, sit ups (female), pull-up (male), 9 indexes of body antexion longitudinal, transverse comparative perspectives the research conclusions are as follows: 1.. The research shows that: good overall Heze Medical College student physique level, test scores showed growth of body shape.2. trends: (1) admission, 2012~2014 grade boys height increased tall girls, uneven development, 2012 and 2013 higher than the national average and there was no significant difference between male and female students; weight development is not balanced, the male students of grade 2013 were significantly lower than the 2012 grade and 2014 grade, 2013 grade girls significantly More than 2012 grade and 2014 grade.
