【摘要】：大眾滑雪運(yùn)動(dòng)集健身、娛樂(lè)、旅游為一體,成為當(dāng)下人們?cè)陂e暇時(shí)間選擇參與體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)的寵兒。特別是隨著2022年北京冬奧會(huì)的申辦成功和"三億人上冰雪"發(fā)展目標(biāo)的提出,滑雪人群和滑雪場(chǎng)數(shù)量呈井噴式發(fā)展,作為滑雪產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中重要的人力資源,高素質(zhì)滑雪指導(dǎo)員的需求量倍增。綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、德?tīng)柗�、�?shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,分析滑雪指導(dǎo)員勝任特征內(nèi)容要素,構(gòu)建滑雪指導(dǎo)員勝任特征模型,討論滑雪指導(dǎo)員勝任特征模型在企業(yè)人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用問(wèn)題,期望為建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的滑雪指導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍,促進(jìn)我國(guó)滑雪產(chǎn)業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有力支撐。
[Abstract]:Popular skiing, which integrates fitness, entertainment and tourism, has become a favorite for people to participate in activities in their leisure time, especially with the successful bid for the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022 and the development goal of "300 million people on ice and snow". As an important human resource in the ski industry chain, the demand for high quality ski instructors has doubled. Comprehensive use of literature, questionnaires, Delphi, mathematical statistics and other research methods. This paper analyzes the elements of ski instructor competency, constructs ski instructor competency model, and discusses the application of ski instructor competency model in enterprise human resource management. It is expected to provide strong support for building a high quality ski instructor team and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of skiing industry in China.
