【摘要】：體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生未來(lái)主要是從事教育工作,其教學(xué)能力是勝任工作崗位的重要因素之一。鑒于目前排球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)生排球教學(xué)能力現(xiàn)狀,開(kāi)展這項(xiàng)課題調(diào)查研究,為提高排球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)生的排球教學(xué)能力提供一定的理論參考。本文通過(guò)對(duì)專(zhuān)家學(xué)者研究的分析和排球運(yùn)動(dòng)自身的特點(diǎn)從:教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力、教學(xué)實(shí)施能力、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)能力、教學(xué)科學(xué)研究能力、創(chuàng)新能力五個(gè)方面,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,針對(duì)目前山東省體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)排球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)生教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀中存在的問(wèn)題并進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究與分析,找出其影響因素并提出建議。針對(duì)排球教學(xué)能力調(diào)查得出如下結(jié)論:1、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力中學(xué)生編寫(xiě)教案能力較差,其他能力都處于一般水平的層面。2、通過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生認(rèn)為教學(xué)能力中最差的是教學(xué)實(shí)施能力,其次為教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力。3、學(xué)生自評(píng)對(duì)比教師評(píng)價(jià)在教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力和教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方面存在顯著性差異,在教學(xué)實(shí)施能力、科研能力、創(chuàng)新能力方面不存在顯著性差異。4、在科研能力方面學(xué)生獨(dú)立發(fā)表科研成果的能力還有很大的欠缺,且大部分學(xué)生沒(méi)有參加過(guò)任何排球教學(xué)的科研活動(dòng)。5、學(xué)生只是具有創(chuàng)新意識(shí),且學(xué)習(xí)到的排球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)和理論知識(shí)還處于基本的部分,對(duì)于其他開(kāi)發(fā)課程內(nèi)容接觸還較少,創(chuàng)新能力還不夠成熟。建議:1、針對(duì)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力方面教師在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中多布置一些關(guān)于排球教學(xué)的教案、制定教學(xué)計(jì)劃等作業(yè),使學(xué)生在不斷積累中得到發(fā)展與提升。針對(duì)不同水平的學(xué)生,教師應(yīng)注重區(qū)別對(duì)待,運(yùn)用適宜的教學(xué)方法和手段來(lái)提高專(zhuān)項(xiàng)教學(xué)質(zhì)量。2、教師應(yīng)盡可能的創(chuàng)造學(xué)生教學(xué)實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì)、營(yíng)造一個(gè)好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍來(lái)加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的教學(xué)實(shí)施能力,均衡教學(xué)能力的全面發(fā)展,促進(jìn)全面提高。3、教師在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中可實(shí)行多元評(píng)價(jià)體系:通過(guò)學(xué)生自評(píng)、小組評(píng)議、教師點(diǎn)評(píng)、信息反饋的模式來(lái)提高學(xué)生的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)能力。4、教師在平時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生過(guò)程中,多開(kāi)展相應(yīng)的教研活動(dòng)、布置文獻(xiàn)閱讀等任務(wù)來(lái)促進(jìn)學(xué)生知識(shí)素材的積累,為科研打好基礎(chǔ)。5、強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生個(gè)性的充分發(fā)展,著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力,督促學(xué)生在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)、生活中多關(guān)注排球最前沿的發(fā)展動(dòng)向和信息。
[Abstract]:The students majoring in physical education are mainly engaged in educational work in the future, and their teaching ability is one of the important factors for their competence in the job. In view of the present situation of volleyball teaching ability of specialized students, the investigation and research on this subject are carried out. In order to improve the volleyball teaching ability of the specialized volleyball students, this paper provides a certain theoretical reference. Through the analysis of the experts and scholars' research and the characteristics of volleyball sports itself, this paper includes: the ability of teaching design, the ability of teaching implementation, the ability of teaching evaluation. In five aspects, the research ability of teaching science and innovation, the use of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods, In view of the problems existing in the present situation of cultivating the teaching ability of volleyball specialized students of physical education in Shandong Province, this paper makes a deep research and analysis. According to the investigation of volleyball teaching ability, the following conclusion is drawn: 1. The teaching design ability of middle school students is poor in writing teaching plan. Other abilities are at the general level. 2. Through the teaching practice students think that the worst teaching ability is the ability of teaching implementation, The second is the ability of teaching design. 3. There are significant differences in teaching design ability and teaching evaluation between students' self-evaluation and teachers' evaluation, and the ability of teaching implementation and scientific research. There is no significant difference in innovation ability. There is still a great lack of students' ability to publish scientific research results independently, and most students have not participated in any volleyball teaching scientific research activities. And the volleyball skills and tactics and theoretical knowledge learned is still in the basic part, for other development curriculum content contact is also less, The creative ability is not mature enough. It is suggested that the teacher should assign more teaching plans on volleyball teaching and draw up teaching plans and other assignments in the normal teaching for the teaching design ability. So that students in the continuous accumulation of development and promotion. For different levels of students, teachers should pay attention to different treatment, Using appropriate teaching methods and means to improve the quality of special teaching. 2. Teachers should try their best to create opportunities for students' teaching practice and create a good learning atmosphere to strengthen students' ability to implement teaching. The comprehensive development of balanced teaching ability promotes the overall improvement of .3.Teachers can carry out multiple evaluation system in normal teaching: through student self-evaluation, group evaluation, teacher evaluation, The mode of information feedback can improve students' ability of teaching evaluation. In the process of training students, teachers should carry out the corresponding teaching and research activities, arrange the reading of documents and other tasks to promote the accumulation of students' knowledge materials. To lay a good foundation for scientific research, emphasize the full development of students' personality, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, urge students to study in peacetime, and pay more attention to the development trend and information of volleyball in their daily life.
