【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)是我國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的一種重要形態(tài),歷久的傳承和凸顯的精神展現(xiàn)了我國(guó)民族文化特有的光彩。細(xì)究傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的傳承,其容納在中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)的民間管理組織體系之中,即在家族、宗教團(tuán)體以及一些其他社會(huì)團(tuán)體管理相應(yīng)的民間社會(huì)秩序、傳承財(cái)富和文化進(jìn)程中衍生、發(fā)展、壯大,在適應(yīng)著傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)民間法的調(diào)整,也創(chuàng)造著自身的傳承法則。而在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)文明沖擊下,加上國(guó)家法與民間法沖突的加劇,傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的傳承遇到了危機(jī),有的甚至走向式微。通過(guò)民間法視角來(lái)分析傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)傳承機(jī)制,并探究構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代社會(huì)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)傳承新機(jī)制,是通往武術(shù)文化復(fù)興的一個(gè)有益進(jìn)路。
[Abstract]:Traditional Wushu is an important form of the intangible cultural heritage of our country. It is contained in the folk management organization system of Chinese traditional society, that is, in the family, the religious group and some other social groups to manage the corresponding civil society order, the inheritance wealth and the cultural process derivative, the development, the growth. In adapting to the adjustment of the traditional social folk law and creating its own inheritance law, and under the impact of the modern social civilization and the intensification of the conflict between the state law and the folk law, the inheritance of the traditional martial arts has encountered a crisis. Some even decline. It is a beneficial way to revive Wushu culture to analyze the inheritance mechanism of traditional Wushu from the perspective of folk law and to explore the construction of new mechanism of traditional Wushu inheritance in modern society.
