重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)市級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校(以下簡(jiǎn)稱傳統(tǒng)校)是指“有效實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,學(xué)校體育工作成績(jī)突出,學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平明顯提高,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)具有特色,并至少在兩個(gè)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目上形成傳統(tǒng),經(jīng)體育、教育行政部門聯(lián)合命名的普通中小學(xué)校和中等職業(yè)學(xué)!。體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校分為國(guó)家級(jí)、省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)級(jí)、地市級(jí),各級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校構(gòu)成了我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育體制的初級(jí)訓(xùn)練形式,為我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育后備人才的培養(yǎng)發(fā)揮著積極作用同時(shí)也大力推動(dòng)了學(xué)校德、智、體、美的全面發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地考察法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法等研究方法,對(duì)重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)19所市級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容涉及到體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目校的項(xiàng)目布局、師資情況、學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)員情況、項(xiàng)目普及度、訓(xùn)練與競(jìng)賽情況、經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源及體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的年度工作考核評(píng)估情況等方面,從中了解到沙坪壩區(qū)市級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的基本情況以及在發(fā)展中所存在的主要問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,旨在為重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù),也為重慶市其他地區(qū)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:1.沙坪壩區(qū)傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目主要以田徑、籃球和足球?yàn)橹?項(xiàng)目單一且布局不均。2.沙坪壩區(qū)大部分傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目在全校普及度不高,缺乏群眾性。3.沙坪壩區(qū)市級(jí)傳統(tǒng)校的教練員主要由本校體育教師兼任,缺乏高水平教練員,且教練員接受再培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)少。4.學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)比較高,但文化成績(jī)偏低。5.大部分市級(jí)傳統(tǒng)校的體育經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源單一,不夠支撐本校傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展。6.市級(jí)傳統(tǒng)校年度工作的考核評(píng)估體系不夠完善,且各部門監(jiān)管不嚴(yán)。根據(jù)得出的結(jié)論,提出了以下建議:1.將傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)置與重慶市競(jìng)技優(yōu)勢(shì)以及地域特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,在每個(gè)階段都布點(diǎn)有相應(yīng)的傳統(tǒng)校。2.加強(qiáng)傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目教練員的隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高教師素質(zhì)和工資待遇。3.完善學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)員的管理制度,解決學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾。4.加強(qiáng)市級(jí)傳統(tǒng)校校園體育文化建設(shè),提高傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目普及度。5.促進(jìn)市級(jí)傳統(tǒng)校辦學(xué)模式多元化發(fā)展,增加體育經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源渠道。6.完善市級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校工作考核評(píng)估制度,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督和管理力度。
[Abstract]:Traditional sports schools (hereinafter referred to as traditional schools) refer to "effective implementation of quality-oriented education, outstanding achievements in school physical education, marked improvement of students' physical health level, strict implementation of the national curriculum standards for physical education and health," Students' sports activities have their own characteristics and form a tradition in at least two sports events, ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, which are jointly named by the sports and educational administrative departments. "... traditional sports events are divided into national schools," Provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government), prefectural and municipal levels, and traditional sports schools at all levels constitute the primary form of training in China's competitive sports system. It plays a positive role in the training of reserve talents of competitive sports in our country and also promotes the all-round development of school morality, intelligence, body and beauty. This paper adopts the methods of literature, field investigation, interview, questionnaire investigation, etc. The present situation of 19 traditional sports schools in Shapingba district of Chongqing was investigated by statistical analysis and other research methods. The contents of the investigation related to the project layout, teachers' situation, students and athletes of traditional sports schools. In terms of project popularity, training and competition, sources of funding and annual work assessment of traditional sports schools, The basic situation of the traditional sports school in Shapingba district and the main problems existing in the development are found out, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide the theoretical basis for the development of the traditional sports project school in Shapingba district of Chongqing. It also provides a reference basis for the development of traditional sports schools in other areas of Chongqing. The results of the investigation show that the traditional sports in Shapingba District are mainly track and field, basketball and football. The majority of traditional projects in Shapingba district are not popular in the whole school, and lack of mass. 3. The coaches of the traditional schools in Shapingba district are mainly held by their physical education teachers, and lack of high level coaches. The sports level of the student athletes is relatively high, but the cultural achievement is low .5.Most of the traditional schools at the city level have a single source of sports funds. Not enough to support the development of the school's traditional projects. 6. The assessment and evaluation system of the annual work of the municipal traditional schools is not perfect, and the supervision of various departments is not strict. According to the conclusions reached, This paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1. Combine the establishment of traditional events with the competitive advantages and regional characteristics of Chongqing, and arrange corresponding traditional schools at each stage. 2. Strengthen the team construction of coaches of traditional events. Improve the quality of teachers and salary. 3.improve the management system of students and athletes, solve the contradiction of learning and training .4. strengthen the construction of sports culture on the campus of traditional schools at the city level, improve the popularization of traditional items, and promote the diversified development of the mode of running schools at the city level. To increase the source of sports funds. 6. Improve the work assessment system of traditional sports events schools at the municipal level, strengthen supervision and management.
