【摘要】：社會(huì)體育一直是中國(guó)體育事業(yè)十分重要的組成部分,在提高我國(guó)人民的健康水平、豐富人民的業(yè)余生活、提升人民的生活品質(zhì)等眾多方面發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵的作用。隨著地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,目前沈陽市沈北新區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的現(xiàn)狀如何,社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的指導(dǎo)能力能否滿足地區(qū)居民的大眾健身需求,社會(huì)體育活動(dòng)的開展能否提高當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦纳钯|(zhì)量,未來社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)事業(yè)的發(fā)展能否跟緊該地區(qū)城市化的腳步,成為了當(dāng)下該地區(qū)社會(huì)體育領(lǐng)域的突出問題。本文以沈北新區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對(duì)策為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,通過問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和訪談法,對(duì)沈北新區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的基本情況、指導(dǎo)情況、培訓(xùn)情況、管理情況四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究與分析,總結(jié)出目前沈北新區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員所存在的問題,并給出合理的發(fā)展對(duì)策。經(jīng)過研究,得出的結(jié)論如下:(一)沈北新區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員在性別結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)等級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面存在不合理的情況。(二)沈北新區(qū)公益型社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目集中在廣場(chǎng)舞和武術(shù)等項(xiàng)目上,職業(yè)型社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目則集中在器械健身、羽毛球、乒乓球、游泳等項(xiàng)目上。公益型社會(huì)體育每次指導(dǎo)的時(shí)間過長(zhǎng),指導(dǎo)不科學(xué)、不規(guī)范。(三)在沈北新區(qū),無論是公益型社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員還是職業(yè)型社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員,每年都會(huì)參加社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員專業(yè)知識(shí)技能的培訓(xùn),但培訓(xùn)的知識(shí)不夠全面,培訓(xùn)重技能,輕知識(shí)。同時(shí)存在考核體系不完善的問題。(四)沈北新區(qū)公益型社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員采用屬地管理的模式,而職業(yè)型社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員則由商業(yè)活動(dòng)中心主管,由地方政府監(jiān)管。在以上結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合目前該地區(qū)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況給出以下對(duì)策:(一)優(yōu)化社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員結(jié)構(gòu)。(二)多途徑解決社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員專業(yè)知識(shí)技能的培訓(xùn),健全考核制度。(三)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),豐富群眾的體育項(xiàng)目選擇。(四)提升行政部門的社會(huì)體育管理能力。(五)完善社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Social sports have always been a very important part of China's sports undertakings. They have been improving the health of our people and enriching their amateur lives. With the rapid development of regional economy and the accelerating process of urbanization, what is the current situation of social sports instructors in Shenyang Shenyang New District? Can the guiding ability of social sports instructors meet the mass fitness needs of local residents, and the development of social sports activities can improve the quality of life of local residents, Whether the development of social sports guidance in the future can keep up with the pace of urbanization in this area has become a prominent problem in the field of social sports in the present region. This paper takes the present situation and development countermeasures of social sports instructors in Shenbei New District as the main research contents. By means of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics and interview, this paper investigates and analyzes the basic situation, guidance, training and management of social sports instructors in Shenbei New District. The existing problems of social sports instructors in Shenbei New District are summarized, and the reasonable development countermeasures are given. After studying, the conclusions are as follows: (1) the social sports instructors in Shenbei New District are in the gender structure, the educational background structure, the age structure, the social sports instructors' gender structure, the educational background structure and the age structure. (2) the guiding items of public welfare social sports instructors in Shenbei New District are focused on square dance and martial arts, while those of professional social sports instructors are focused on equipment fitness. Badminton, Table Tennis, Swimming, etc. The guidance of public welfare social sports is too long and unscientific. (3) in Shenbei New area, whether public welfare social sports instructors or professional social sports instructors, Every year, they take part in the training of social sports instructors' professional knowledge and skills, but the training knowledge is not comprehensive enough, and the training focuses on skills. Light knowledge. At the same time, there is the problem of imperfect examination system. (4) the public welfare social sports instructors in Shenbei New District adopt the territorial management model, while the professional social sports instructors are managed by the commercial activity center. Supervised by local governments... on the basis of the above conclusions, According to the actual situation of the development of social sports instructors in this area at present, the following countermeasures are given: (1) optimizing the structure of social sports instructors. (2) training the professional knowledge and skills of social sports instructors through many ways. Improve the examination system. (3) strengthen the construction of social sports infrastructure, enrich the selection of sports items for the masses. (4) enhance the administrative departments of social sports management ability. (5) improve the social sports instructor security mechanism.
