體育院校網(wǎng)球教學(xué)中“軟梯訓(xùn)練”對步法移動能力影響的研究

【摘要】:目的:網(wǎng)球是一項技術(shù)性高的運(yùn)動,而腳步移動能力的高低極大地影響著網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平的發(fā)揮。現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)球朝著高速度,高技巧,靈活快速的方向發(fā)展,越來越體現(xiàn)出合理準(zhǔn)確的腳步移動能力在網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動中的重要地位。因此,如何提高網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員及體育院校網(wǎng)球?qū)m棇W(xué)生腳步移動能力是現(xiàn)實中存在且需我們要解決的問題之一。目前在眾多的移動能力訓(xùn)練當(dāng)中,“軟梯訓(xùn)練”是當(dāng)前國際上比較先進(jìn)的靈活移動能力的訓(xùn)練方法之一。其主要是讓練習(xí)人員利用軟梯進(jìn)行下肢動作練習(xí),尤其是腳步移動的練習(xí),提高練習(xí)人員步法移動能力的訓(xùn)練方法。本文為找到一種有效的發(fā)展體育院校網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)學(xué)生腳步移動能力的教學(xué)方案,通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,遵循學(xué)生的身體發(fā)展規(guī)律和教育心理學(xué)規(guī)律,結(jié)合運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練原則,確定用“軟梯訓(xùn)練”來進(jìn)行網(wǎng)球步法移動的教學(xué),干預(yù)學(xué)生的腳步移動能力。方法:本次的教學(xué)實驗選取西安體育學(xué)院2015級體育教育專業(yè)的20名學(xué)生為實驗對象,通過實驗前的測試結(jié)果分為實驗組和對照組,且沒有明顯差異。論文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法通過實驗來驗證練習(xí)成果,對相關(guān)專家確定本次實驗“軟梯訓(xùn)練”的內(nèi)容及問卷調(diào)查的內(nèi)容,實驗組運(yùn)用“軟梯訓(xùn)練”進(jìn)行干預(yù),每周三次課,一共48學(xué)時,對照組則進(jìn)行正常的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練。測試前后測試兩組學(xué)生六點折返跑,十字象限跳,六邊形跳及網(wǎng)球技能考核四項指標(biāo)。數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行分析與對比。分析“軟梯訓(xùn)練”對學(xué)生移動步法能力的影響是否具有顯著效果。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過48學(xué)時的學(xué)習(xí),對照組學(xué)生在六點折返跑成績提高1.3s,(提高幅度3.95%),(p0.05),十字象限跳成績提高0.06s,(提高0.72%),(p0.05)六邊形跳成績提高0.01s,(提高0.23%),(p0.05),對照組學(xué)生成績考核正反手成功率分別為43%和41%。實驗組學(xué)生六點折返跑成績提高2.5s,(提高幅度4.87%),(P0.05),十字象限跳成績提高0.16s,(提高幅度1.31%),(P0.05),六邊形跳成績提高0.25s,(提高幅度1.73%),(P0.05),實驗組學(xué)生期末正反手成績考核分別為61%和52%。且實驗組學(xué)生對“軟梯訓(xùn)練”的滿意程度非常高,認(rèn)為有一定作用的達(dá)70%,認(rèn)為非常有用的達(dá)10%,而認(rèn)為感覺一般的有20%。結(jié)論:1,“軟梯訓(xùn)練”以及傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)球步法移動的教學(xué)方法都對學(xué)生的移動能力有很大提高,但是“軟梯訓(xùn)練”在六點折返跑、十字象限跳以及六邊形跳的成績提高有明顯差異,且比對照組成績有更大提高。2,在實戰(zhàn)的考核過程中,實驗組學(xué)生比對照組學(xué)生的成績更好。3,在問卷調(diào)查的反饋中,發(fā)現(xiàn)實驗組學(xué)生對“軟梯訓(xùn)練”的接受和認(rèn)知程度很高。通過以上三點證明,軟梯訓(xùn)練能夠很好地提高學(xué)生網(wǎng)球步法移動能力,且在實戰(zhàn)中能更好的發(fā)揮網(wǎng)球技術(shù)。所以在體育院校網(wǎng)球教學(xué)中,要更科學(xué)的推廣“軟梯訓(xùn)練”,豐富網(wǎng)球步法移動能力的練習(xí)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: tennis is a technical sport, and moving ability greatly influence the level of tennis play. Modern tennis towards high speed, high skill, flexible and rapid development, more and more reflected the footwork ability accurately an important position in tennis sports. So and how to improve the tennis athletes and sports colleges and universities students majoring in tennis footwork ability is in existence and one we need to solve the problem. The ability to move in many training, "ladder training" is the current international training method than flexible mobile ability is advanced one. It is mainly to practice using ladder lower extremity exercise, especially footwork exercises, improve the personnel training methods of footwork. This paper is to find an effective development of sports colleges tennis College The teaching plan footwork ability of students, through access to literature, follow the students' physical development law and educational psychology, combined with exercise training principle, determine the "ladder training" to carry out teaching tennis footwork, intervention students footwork ability. Methods: the teaching experiment selected 20 students of Xi'an Physical Education University 2015 Physical Education as the experimental object, through the experiment before the test results were divided into experimental group and control group, and there is no obvious difference.
