普通高考體育教育本科專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與對策研究

【摘要】:體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試是為選拔合格的體育教育專業(yè)人才而舉行的專門性考試,是普通高考的重要組成部分。體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生是未來體育師資的主力軍,體育教師的整體素質(zhì)、業(yè)務(wù)能力的好壞關(guān)乎學(xué)校體育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,關(guān)乎體育教育的振興,更關(guān)乎中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平的提升和全面發(fā)展。近些年體育教育專業(yè)新生的身體素質(zhì)及運(yùn)動(dòng)技能水平普遍偏低,甚至出現(xiàn)學(xué)生畢業(yè)后難以勝任中小學(xué)體育教育工作任務(wù)的現(xiàn)象。有人認(rèn)為出現(xiàn)這種情況是因?yàn)槟壳耙恍┦》菰谡猩荚嚂r(shí),沒有對學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能作特殊要求,導(dǎo)致本科院校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)技能較低,達(dá)不到體育教師的要求。為研究體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試存在的問題與不足,有必要對體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,為修訂體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試辦法、提高對體育教育專業(yè)考生的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考核要求提供參考;诖,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法對當(dāng)前體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)我國體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的歷史沿革可以分成五個(gè)階段——高考制度探索與初建階段(1949-1965)、曲折發(fā)展階段(1966-1976)、各省自定考試內(nèi)容和評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)階段(1977-1985)、全國統(tǒng)一考試內(nèi)容和評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)階段(1986-1988)和各省在全國統(tǒng)一的基礎(chǔ)上有所選擇階段(1989至今)。(2)當(dāng)前體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的主要模式分為4種,即“身體素質(zhì)”模式、“身體素質(zhì)+專項(xiàng)技能”模式、“身體素質(zhì)+綜合技能”模式、“身體素質(zhì)+專項(xiàng)技能+輔項(xiàng)技能”模式。每種考試模式各有所長,其中“身體素質(zhì)+專項(xiàng)技能+輔項(xiàng)技能”模式最能全面反映考生的綜合素質(zhì)。(3)當(dāng)前體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的內(nèi)容有待改進(jìn)。主要問題表現(xiàn)在身體素質(zhì)考試內(nèi)容不夠全面,不能完全反映考生的身體機(jī)能能力;部分考試內(nèi)容對學(xué)生的健康有較大風(fēng)險(xiǎn);將近半數(shù)的地區(qū)未考試專項(xiàng)技能,且考試專項(xiàng)技能的地區(qū)之間設(shè)置的考試內(nèi)容存在較大差異。(4)地區(qū)之間體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的總成績分值、身體素質(zhì)成績分值、專項(xiàng)技能成績分值有較大差異。其中以總分值為100分,身體素質(zhì)成績占60%、專項(xiàng)技能成績占40%的省份居多。部分本應(yīng)累積記分的項(xiàng)目只按線性關(guān)系計(jì)分,評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還需進(jìn)一步修改、完善。(5)當(dāng)前體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試的組織形式主要有“一個(gè)考點(diǎn),分批考試”、“一個(gè)考點(diǎn),統(tǒng)一考試”、“多個(gè)考點(diǎn),分批考試”、“多個(gè)考點(diǎn),統(tǒng)一考試”等四種,其中“一個(gè)考點(diǎn),分批考試”的形式最為常用;湖北、浙江等省份的考試組織形式還需進(jìn)一步完善。(6)受地理位置及氣候影響,地區(qū)之間體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試時(shí)間有不小差別,有在年前完成考試的地區(qū),亦有高考后進(jìn)行考試的地區(qū),其中在3月至5月之間進(jìn)行考試的地區(qū)居多。不同地區(qū)之間的考生完成考試所需時(shí)間差異較大,2-3天完成考試最合適。(7)部分地區(qū)體育教育專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能考試流程及管理比較混亂,場地安排欠佳。頻繁更換裁判員、將耐力項(xiàng)目放在中途考試、禁止考生短跑穿釘鞋、考場之間距離太遠(yuǎn)等問題有待解決;考試中的舞弊現(xiàn)象依然存在,賄賂考官、花錢買分、使用興奮劑、請人代考、搶跑等現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生。(8)參訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)不純、訓(xùn)練時(shí)間較短、專項(xiàng)技能熟練程度差等原因,導(dǎo)致近年來高校招收的體育教育本科專業(yè)學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)和整體運(yùn)動(dòng)技能水平不高。(9)體育教育專業(yè)的錄取類型主要有“重體兼顧文”、“重文兼顧體”、“文體兼顧”三種,其中“重體兼顧文”的錄取方式最為常見,“文體兼顧”的錄取類型最合理。
[Abstract]:Athletic skills of physical education specialized examination examination is held for the selection of qualified personnel of physical education, is an important part of the college entrance examination. The students majoring in physical education is the main force in the future of sports teachers, the overall quality of physical education teachers, the healthy development of business ability relates to the school physical education, physical education for revitalization the more about the health of pupils and students to enhance the level and all-round development. Physical quality and skill level of freshmen majoring in Physical Education in recent years is generally low, even after graduation to accomplish the task of physical education in primary and secondary schools of the phenomenon. Some people think that this is the case because some provinces in the entrance examination, there is no movement the special requirements on students' skills, resulting in Physical Education in Universities Sports Students' professional skills is low, not up to sports The requirements of teachers. For the existing research on physical education professional sports skills examination problems and shortcomings, it is necessary to study the status quo of sports education professional skills test, for physical education professional sports skill exam revision, to improve physical education candidates movement skills assessment requirements for reference. Based on this, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, the survey interviews and mathematical statistics method on the current sports education professional skills test. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the history of China's sports education professional skills test movement can be divided into five stages: Exploration and construction of college entrance examination system stage (1949-1965), tortuous development stage (1966-1976), the self examination content and standard for evaluation stage (1977-1985), national examination content and standard for evaluation Stage (1986-1988) choice stage and the provinces in the national unity on the basis of (since 1989). (2) the main mode of current sports education professional skills test is divided into 4 kinds, namely "physical fitness" mode, "physical quality and special skills", "physical quality and comprehensive skills" mode. "Physical quality and special skills + auxiliary skill" mode. Each mode of examination of comprehensive quality which each one has his good points, physical quality and special skills + auxiliary skills "mode can fully reflect the candidates. (3) the current sports education professional skills test content needs to be improved. The performance of the main problems in the physical examination content is not enough overall, can not fully reflect the candidates' physical ability; greater risk of being part of the exam content to the student health examination; nearly half of the area is arranged between the examination and special skills, special skills area There is a big difference between the exam content. (4) area between sport and physical education professional skills test score total score, physical performance scores, scores of special skill scores are quite different. Part of physical education in professional sports skills examination process and management confusion, poor site arrangement. (8) the motives, the training time is short, the special skilled degree difference and other reasons, resulting in recent years, colleges and universities to recruit undergraduate students in Physical Education The physical quality and the overall skill level is not high. (9) physical education professional admission are the main types of "heavy body and Gu Wen", "re balance", "style of both" three, "the heavy body and Gu Wen" admission is the most common, "the style of both the admission type the most reasonable.
