【摘要】：在歷史的長河中,對運(yùn)動員精神的研究經(jīng)歷了一代又一代,對運(yùn)動員精神的認(rèn)識也經(jīng)歷了歷史的變遷。運(yùn)動員精神是競技體育文化中的核心部分,對運(yùn)動員精神的認(rèn)識和理解在體育的發(fā)展過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,對當(dāng)代體育的發(fā)展具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和重要的理論價(jià)值,正確的認(rèn)識運(yùn)動員精神能有力的推動當(dāng)代體育的健康發(fā)展。體育運(yùn)動從產(chǎn)生之初到體育現(xiàn)代化,職業(yè)化,產(chǎn)業(yè)化的產(chǎn)生,體育理論也在不斷發(fā)展和變化,而運(yùn)動員精神在里面居于核心的、穩(wěn)定的地位。運(yùn)動員是競技體育中生力軍,是競技體育中的主體,一切體制和體系都圍繞著一個中心,即如何在競技體育中更有效的發(fā)揮運(yùn)動員的主觀能動性。運(yùn)動員精神是其中起著主導(dǎo)作用,能夠激發(fā)運(yùn)動員的潛力,使其在體育運(yùn)動中更好地發(fā)揮,取得優(yōu)異的成績。運(yùn)動員精神置身于社會的大環(huán)境中,與特定運(yùn)動背景下的行為密切相關(guān),在當(dāng)代社會,運(yùn)動員精神已經(jīng)滲透到社會生活中的各個方面。在體育領(lǐng)域高速發(fā)展的今天,體育運(yùn)動這個大的體系更加趨于完善,而其中的運(yùn)動員精神反映著當(dāng)代體育的發(fā)展方向和體育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,它指引著運(yùn)動員,教練員,官員等面對某些問題時的解決方向。當(dāng)代體育領(lǐng)域中出現(xiàn)的各種失范現(xiàn)象,究其根源是運(yùn)動員精神的缺失。對中西方體育文化差異認(rèn)識程度的不足以及認(rèn)識事物時哲學(xué)觀念的落后,使運(yùn)動員精神的發(fā)展在文化和理論領(lǐng)域失去了支撐,實(shí)踐智慧的缺乏和對運(yùn)動員精神培養(yǎng)的輕視造成了運(yùn)動員精神的發(fā)展在實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域缺乏基礎(chǔ)。這兩方面的原因造成了現(xiàn)如今運(yùn)動員精神的缺失,使體育失范現(xiàn)象得不到有效地控制。運(yùn)動員精神的當(dāng)代回歸是體育發(fā)展的迫切之需,從東西方體育文化的結(jié)合來認(rèn)識運(yùn)動員精神,才能從根源上認(rèn)識運(yùn)動員精神的發(fā)展歷程和本真內(nèi)涵,找出真正符合時代要求的運(yùn)動員精神。從認(rèn)識論和方法論方面入手,以一種全新的眼光看待運(yùn)動員精神,更符合當(dāng)代體育的發(fā)展特征。反本質(zhì)主義作為一種運(yùn)動的,發(fā)展的哲學(xué)觀,指引著人們用進(jìn)步的眼光看事物。以當(dāng)代社會的發(fā)展和時代為依據(jù),用一成不變的觀點(diǎn)來歸納和闡釋運(yùn)動員精神是不科學(xué)的、詞不達(dá)意的。競技體育中的運(yùn)動員精神必須與特定的社會背景和運(yùn)動背景緊密聯(lián)系,這樣才能真正理解當(dāng)代體育中的運(yùn)動員精神,才能發(fā)揮運(yùn)動員精神內(nèi)在的潛能,充分調(diào)動運(yùn)動員的主觀能動性。同時,結(jié)合我國運(yùn)動員精神的實(shí)際發(fā)展歷程,體會運(yùn)動員精神存在的重要性。從國家、社會、集體、個人四個維度更加深入地認(rèn)識運(yùn)動員精神,提出符合時代要求的運(yùn)動員精神。
[Abstract]:In the long river of history, the research on athlete's spirit has experienced generation after generation, and the understanding of athlete's spirit has also gone through the historical vicissity.athlete 's spirit is the core part of competitive sports culture. The understanding and understanding of athletes' spirit plays a vital role in the development of sports, and has positive practical significance and important theoretical value for the development of contemporary sports. The correct understanding of athlete spirit can promote the healthy development of contemporary sports. From the beginning of sports to the emergence of modernization, professionalization and industrialization of sports, sports theory is also developing and changing. And the spirit of athletes occupies a central and stable position in it. Athletes are the new force in competitive sports and the main body of competitive sports. All systems and systems revolve around a center. That is, how to give more effective play to the subjective initiative of athletes in competitive sports, in which the spirit of athletes plays a leading role, which can stimulate the potential of athletes and make them play a better role in sports. The sportsman spirit is placed in the general environment of the society, closely related to the behavior in the specific sports background, in the contemporary society, The spirit of athletes has penetrated into all aspects of social life. With the rapid development of sports today, sports is a large system that tends to be more perfect. The spirit of athletes reflects the development direction of contemporary sports and the present situation of sports. It guides athletes, coaches, officials and so on to solve some problems in the face of certain problems. The lack of understanding of the differences in sports culture between China and the West and the backwardness of philosophical concepts in understanding things make the development of athletes' spirit lose support in the field of culture and theory. The lack of practical wisdom and the contempt for the cultivation of athletes' spirit lead to the lack of foundation for the development of athletes' spirit in the field of practice. The phenomenon of sports anomie can not be effectively controlled. The contemporary return of athletes' spirit is the urgent need of sports development. In order to understand the developing course and true connotation of athlete's spirit from the root, to find out the athlete's spirit that really accords with the requirements of the times. From the aspect of epistemology and methodology, we can treat the athlete's spirit with a new vision. It is more in line with the development characteristics of contemporary sports. Anti-essentialism, as a kind of moving, developing philosophy, guides people to look at things in a progressive way. It is based on the development of contemporary society and the times. It is unscientific to sum up and explain the spirit of athletes from a fixed point of view. The spirit of athletes in competitive sports must be closely related to the specific social and sports backgrounds. Only in this way can we truly understand the athletes' spirit in contemporary sports, give full play to the inherent potential of the athletes' spirit, and fully mobilize the subjective initiative of the athletes. At the same time, combining with the actual development course of the athletes' spirit in our country, To understand the importance of athletes' spiritual existence from the four dimensions of country, society, collectivity and individual, to understand the spirit of athletes more deeply, and to put forward the spirit of athletes in accordance with the requirements of the times.
