【摘要】：為了我國女子鏈球項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)發(fā)展和進(jìn)一步突破,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、三維影像解析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)2015年北京世界田徑錦標(biāo)賽女子鏈球運(yùn)動(dòng)員冠亞軍的投擲技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:沃爾達(dá)茲克具有出手角度大、速度快和出手點(diǎn)高的技術(shù)特點(diǎn);張文秀出手高度偏低,最后用力階段速度損失大。沃爾達(dá)茲克起轉(zhuǎn)速度快,更注重第三圈技術(shù)的穩(wěn)定性,且通過控制第三圈增速,提升第四圈增速比例,使最后一圈增速明顯,由此說明第四圈是鏈球加速的關(guān)鍵階段。沃爾達(dá)茲克最后用力階段器械軌跡長,做功效果好;張文秀的鏈球運(yùn)行軌跡距離不足;沃爾達(dá)茲克在第三、四圈旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)和身體控制都非常穩(wěn)定,張文秀則出現(xiàn)"小-大-小-大"的變化,穩(wěn)定性受到影響。張文秀在出手時(shí)刻的肩髖角過大,最后用力開始階段肩髖扭轉(zhuǎn)幅度小,影響了出手速度;而沃爾達(dá)茲克扭轉(zhuǎn)階段肩髖角小,最后用力肩髖角大,超越器械能力強(qiáng)。建議張文秀提高最后用力前的超越器械能力,以遞增速度完成對(duì)鏈球的旋轉(zhuǎn)加速,糾正旋轉(zhuǎn)階段的軌跡路線,從而進(jìn)一步提高技術(shù)的合理性。
[Abstract]:For the sustainable development and further breakthrough of the women's chain ball project in China, the methods of literature, three-dimensional image analysis and mathematical statistics are adopted. This paper analyzes the throwing technique of the women's sprocket athletes in the 2015 Beijing World Athletic Championship. The results show that Waldazk has the characteristics of big angle, high speed and high point of release, and Zhang Wenxiu's height of hand is on the low side. In the final exertion stage, the speed loss is great. Waldazk has a fast turn speed, pays more attention to the stability of the third lap technology, and by controlling the third lap growth rate, raising the ratio of 4th laps growth rate, makes the last lap increase obviously. This shows that 4th laps is the key stage of chain ball acceleration. Waldazk's final exertion stage has a long instrument track and good work effect. Zhang Wenxiu's sprocket trajectory is not long enough; Waldazk is in third place. The four-circle rotation technique and body control were very stable, and Zhang Wenxiu experienced a change of "small, big, small, big, big," and the stability was affected. Zhang Wenxiu had too large a shoulder and hip angle at the time of his release, and at the end of the beginning of the exertion stage, the range of shoulder and hip torsion was small. It affects the speed of the shot, while Waldazk has a small angle of the shoulder and hip in the torsion stage, and a large angle of the last exertion of the shoulder and hip, and strong ability to surpass the instrument. It is suggested that Zhang Wenxiu improve the ability of surpassing the instrument before the final exertion, and complete the acceleration of the rotation of the chain ball with the increasing speed. Correct the trajectory of the rotation phase, thus further improving the rationality of the technology.
