【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷地提高,人們對(duì)于生活品質(zhì)需求也在逐步地加強(qiáng)。大眾體育是既可以讓人們健身娛樂,也提高生活質(zhì)量的重要手段之一。在體育多元化發(fā)展思想指導(dǎo)下,體育健身越來越市場(chǎng)化�；ㄥX買健康的觀念開始被人們普遍接受。體育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)也迎來了前所未有發(fā)展機(jī)遇。既能增強(qiáng)心肌功能、加強(qiáng)心肺功能和心血管病的作用的游泳運(yùn)動(dòng),以其獨(dú)特的鍛煉價(jià)值與魅力,逐漸地被不同年齡人群所重視和喜愛,被世人譽(yù)為21世紀(jì)最喜愛的體育健身活動(dòng)之一。南京市作為長三角區(qū)域重要的門戶之一,又是江蘇省的省會(huì)城市,經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá),其健身娛樂設(shè)施也比較健全。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、專家訪談法、實(shí)證分析法、調(diào)查研究法對(duì)南京市游泳場(chǎng)館的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,為其發(fā)展提供一些理論依據(jù)。此外通過對(duì)南京市游泳場(chǎng)館現(xiàn)狀了解,發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)館的問題,研究的主要結(jié)論如下:1、南京市游泳場(chǎng)館的場(chǎng)地分布不均勻,大部分集中在經(jīng)濟(jì)比較發(fā)達(dá)、繁華的地區(qū),郊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較落后的地方,場(chǎng)館的分布相對(duì)來說很少。懸殊差距比較大。游泳場(chǎng)館的密度達(dá)不到人口需求。政府要在政策方面對(duì)于地域規(guī)劃,要進(jìn)行合理的干預(yù)和引導(dǎo),實(shí)現(xiàn)均衡發(fā)展,這樣才能促進(jìn)游泳場(chǎng)館能夠合理的分布,政府也可以撥動(dòng)專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi),幫助當(dāng)?shù)厝グl(fā)展游泳池。2、南京市教練員整體層次太低,男女比例不協(xié)調(diào),大部分的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少,運(yùn)動(dòng)水平一般。只能滿足基本技能的教學(xué)要求,對(duì)于高層次運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練和培訓(xùn)的需求滿足不了。教練員工資待遇相差大,兩極化嚴(yán)重。場(chǎng)館應(yīng)該根據(jù)實(shí)際情況制定工資待遇,調(diào)動(dòng)其積極性,才能吸引更多的高水平人才加入其中。同時(shí)要定期的提供學(xué)習(xí)和培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì),去提高教練員的教學(xué)水平和運(yùn)動(dòng)能力。3、南京市游泳池管理者只注重于利益,忽視游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的本質(zhì)意義。需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的宣傳力度,讓游泳池向多層次、滿足多種人群需求方向發(fā)展。4、南京市游泳場(chǎng)館主要是以個(gè)體獨(dú)資的經(jīng)營性質(zhì),以會(huì)員和非會(huì)員經(jīng)營方式,其經(jīng)營形式是從呈現(xiàn)多元的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),其營銷模式還需要不斷的去創(chuàng)新化。南京市游泳場(chǎng)館大部分是盈利狀態(tài),少部分是持平和虧損狀態(tài),整體來說南京市游泳場(chǎng)館發(fā)展前景比較廣。5、南京市游泳池參與者,主要群體其文化水平比較高、健康意識(shí)強(qiáng)并且要具備一定消費(fèi)能力。但是參與次數(shù)和時(shí)長低于平均水平。教練員需要進(jìn)行循序漸進(jìn)的引導(dǎo),以及樹立正確的游泳世界觀。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, people's standard of living has been improved, and people's demand for quality of life has been gradually strengthened. Also one of the important means to improve the quality of life. Under the guidance of the idea of diversified development of sports, Sports fitness is becoming more and more market-oriented. The idea of spending money on health has become widely accepted. The sports training market has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. It is a swimming exercise that enhances myocardial function, strengthens cardiopulmonary function and cardiovascular disease. With its unique value and charm of exercise, it is gradually valued and loved by people of different ages, and praised by the world as one of the favorite sports and fitness activities in 21th century. Nanjing is one of the important portals in the Yangtze River Delta region. It is also the capital city of Jiangsu Province, with a relatively developed economy and relatively sound fitness and entertainment facilities. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of swimming venues in Nanjing through literature research, expert interviews, empirical analysis, and investigation and research. To provide some theoretical basis for its development. In addition, through understanding the current situation of swimming venues in Nanjing and finding out the problems of the venues, the main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The venue distribution of swimming venues in Nanjing is uneven, and most of them are concentrated in relatively developed economies. In prosperous areas, where the suburban economy is relatively backward, the distribution of venues is relatively small. The disparity is relatively wide. The density of swimming venues does not meet the needs of the population. The government should plan for the region in terms of policy. It is necessary to carry out reasonable intervention and guidance to achieve balanced development so as to promote the rational distribution of swimming venues. The government can also set aside special funds to help local people develop swimming pools. The overall level of coaches in Nanjing is too low. The proportion of men and women is not in harmony, most of the work experience is less, the level of sports is average. It can only meet the teaching requirements of basic skills, but the training and training needs of high-level athletes cannot be satisfied. The polarization is serious. Stadiums and gymnasiums should formulate salary packages according to the actual situation and arouse their enthusiasm in order to attract more high-level talents to join them. At the same time, they should provide regular learning and training opportunities. To improve the teaching level and sports ability of coaches, Nanjing swimming pool managers only pay attention to interests and ignore the essential significance of swimming. To meet the needs of a variety of people, the swimming venues in Nanjing mainly operate in the nature of sole proprietorship, in the form of members and non-members, and in the form of diversified development. Its marketing model also needs to be continuously deinnovated. Most of the swimming venues in Nanjing are profitable, while a few are in a state of balance and loss. Overall, the prospects for the development of swimming venues in Nanjing are quite wide. 5. Participants in the Nanjing swimming pool. The major group has a high level of education, strong health awareness and a certain consumption ability, but the number and duration of participation is lower than the average level. Coaches need to guide step by step and establish a correct world outlook for swimming.
