【摘要】：隨著高等教育規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,教育質(zhì)量成為人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。專業(yè)評估是高等教育評估的重要組成部分,是監(jiān)督和管理的高等教育教學(xué)重要方法之一,也是高校辦學(xué)水平評估的重要組成部分。我國高等教育專業(yè)評估在教育改革中發(fā)揮了顯著作用,證明了高等教育專業(yè)評估可以監(jiān)督、管理高等教育專業(yè)的發(fā)展,保障專業(yè)教育質(zhì)量。由于我國體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的特殊性,根據(jù)體育專業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn)以及社會(huì)對體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生提出的高要求,要想保證體育專業(yè)的教育質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)體育專業(yè)教育教學(xué)與國際接軌,構(gòu)建完善合理的體育專業(yè)評估指標(biāo)體系,因此適時(shí)地開展體育專業(yè)評估是十分必要的。通過體育專業(yè)的評估,對體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)做出綜合價(jià)值分析和判斷,通過反饋?zhàn)饔么龠M(jìn)體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,也可以給其他專業(yè)提供借鑒和改進(jìn)。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、層次分析法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對全國6所體育院校的本科專業(yè)評估指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了研究,主要結(jié)論如下：1.我國體育院校本科專業(yè)評估一級指標(biāo)由6個(gè)維度組成,分別為培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與培養(yǎng)方案、師資隊(duì)伍、專業(yè)教學(xué)、專業(yè)管理、教學(xué)條件、教學(xué)效果。一級指標(biāo)中應(yīng)重視師資隊(duì)伍和專業(yè)教學(xué)。2.體育院校專業(yè)評估一級指標(biāo)6個(gè)維度由20個(gè)二級指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,研究結(jié)果表明體育院校本科專業(yè)評估二級指標(biāo)由48個(gè)觀測點(diǎn)組成。二級指標(biāo)中實(shí)踐教學(xué)和教學(xué)改革占權(quán)重較高；三級指標(biāo)中改革教學(xué)方法占權(quán)重最高,運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建出我國體育院校本科專業(yè)評估指標(biāo)體系。3.運(yùn)用新建立的專業(yè)評估指標(biāo)體系,對北京體育大學(xué)體育教育專業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證評估,評估結(jié)果良好符合我校該專業(yè)目前的狀況,同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)該專業(yè)在師資隊(duì)伍、專業(yè)教學(xué)及教學(xué)效果三方面的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the scale of higher education, the quality of education has become the focus of attention. Professional evaluation is an important part of higher education evaluation and one of the important methods of supervising and managing the teaching of higher education. It is also an important part of the evaluation of the level of running a university. The evaluation of higher education specialty in our country has played a significant role in the educational reform, which proves that the professional evaluation of higher education can supervise and manage the development of the specialty of higher education. Because of the particularity of the development of physical education in our country, according to the characteristics of sports specialty and the high requirement of society to the graduates of sports major, we should ensure the quality of education of sports major. It is necessary to promote physical education and teaching to be in line with the international standards, and to construct a reasonable evaluation index system of physical education, so it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of physical education in good time. The comprehensive value analysis and judgment of physical education activities can promote the improvement of physical education teaching quality through feedback, and can also provide reference and improvement for other specials.In this study, the methods of literature, expert interview and questionnaire survey are used to improve the quality of physical education. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the evaluation index system of undergraduate major in 6 sports colleges and universities in China. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.First-class evaluation index of undergraduate specialty in physical education colleges and universities in China consists of six dimensions. Respectively for the training objectives and training programs, teachers, professional teaching, professional management, teaching conditions, Teaching effect. The teaching staff and professional teaching should be paid more attention to in the first class index. The six dimensions of the first grade index of professional evaluation in physical education colleges are composed of 20 secondary indexes. The results show that the secondary evaluation index of undergraduate major in physical education colleges is composed of 48 observation points. The practical teaching and teaching reform have a high weight in the second class index, and the reform teaching method has the highest weight in the third grade index. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the evaluation index system of undergraduate major in physical education colleges and universities of our country. Using the newly established professional evaluation index system, this paper makes an empirical evaluation on the major of physical education in Beijing University of physical Education. The evaluation results are in accordance with the present situation of the major in our university, and the construction of the major in three aspects: the teaching staff, the specialty teaching and the teaching effect should be strengthened at the same time.
