【摘要】：本文采用問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法等研究方法對(duì)山西省跳水裁判員隊(duì)伍的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、培養(yǎng)與選派模式進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,了解當(dāng)前山西省跳水裁判員的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)階段存在的不足提出推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展、重視綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展、健全管理制度等相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the basic structure, training and selecting mode of Shanxi diving referees by means of questionnaire investigation and expert interview, and finds out the current situation of the development of Shanxi diving referees. In view of the shortage of the team at the present stage, the author puts forward some countermeasures such as promoting the development of the project, attaching importance to the development of comprehensive quality and perfecting the management system and so on.
