【摘要】：民族國(guó)家是具有世界意義的國(guó)家形態(tài),是認(rèn)識(shí)世界格局和構(gòu)建世界體系的基本單元;民族國(guó)家是具有現(xiàn)代意義的國(guó)家體制,是推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)健康發(fā)展的基本保障。民族國(guó)家創(chuàng)造了國(guó)家民族。國(guó)家民族的"民族性"集中體現(xiàn)為民族對(duì)國(guó)家的認(rèn)同,是處理國(guó)內(nèi)各類民族事項(xiàng)的基本依據(jù)。檢討我國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)體育的發(fā)展,無(wú)論在理論上或是在實(shí)踐中,都存在"向上不足、向下有余"的方向性失誤,不僅出現(xiàn)了明顯的"民間化"、"民俗化"走向,而且存在著潛在的庸俗化、低級(jí)化傾向。因此,應(yīng)在有中國(guó)特色的民族國(guó)家建設(shè)中,重新修訂或確立民族傳統(tǒng)體育的認(rèn)識(shí)基點(diǎn);應(yīng)在中華民族偉大復(fù)興的國(guó)家民族建設(shè)中,重新修正或設(shè)定民族傳統(tǒng)體育的解讀語(yǔ)境。
[Abstract]:The nation-state is the national form of world significance, the basic unit of understanding the world pattern and the building of the world system, and the nation-state is the national system of modern significance. It is the basic guarantee to promote the healthy development of various undertakings in the country. The nation-state has created the national nationality. The "nationality" of the national nation is embodied in the national identity of the state. It is the basic basis for dealing with all kinds of national affairs in China. To review the development of traditional national sports in China, there is a directional error of "insufficient upward and surplus downward", both in theory and in practice. Not only appeared obvious "folk", "folk custom" trend, but also had the latent vulgarization, the low-level tendency. Therefore, we should revise or establish the understanding base of the national traditional sports in the construction of the nation-state with Chinese characteristics; In the national construction of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the interpretation context of traditional national sports should be revised or set up again.
