數(shù)字化等長(zhǎng)肌肉收縮功能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)信度及效度研究

【摘要】:目的基于肌肉等長(zhǎng)收縮原理,設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)一款數(shù)字化等長(zhǎng)肌肉收縮功能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)其信度及效度進(jìn)行研究,驗(yàn)證測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的信度和效度。方法 13名大學(xué)生經(jīng)同一檢測(cè)者2次使用等長(zhǎng)肌力測(cè)試系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行最大力量測(cè)試,測(cè)試間隔時(shí)間1周,使用組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC)對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行信度分析;采用獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)對(duì)校標(biāo)后,肘、膝不同力臂位置測(cè)量值與固定載荷(小、中、大)進(jìn)行效度檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果信度檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,除膝關(guān)節(jié)右側(cè)伸肌第1次與第2次相關(guān)系數(shù)低于0.75,為0.695,其它相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.75以上;效度檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,除肘關(guān)節(jié)伸肌力臂位置27 cm實(shí)測(cè)值與固定載荷150 N之間存在顯著性差異外(P0.05),肘關(guān)節(jié)屈肌力量及膝關(guān)節(jié)屈、伸肌力量力臂位置實(shí)測(cè)值與大、中、小固定載荷之間均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論研究設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的等長(zhǎng)肌力測(cè)試系統(tǒng)具有較好的重測(cè)信度及效度,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)肘膝關(guān)節(jié)肌肉力量的精確測(cè)量,同時(shí)具有實(shí)時(shí)性的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to design and develop a digital measuring system for isometric muscle contraction based on the principle of isometric contraction, and to study its reliability and validity. Methods the reliability and validity of the test system were tested by using the isometric muscle strength test system twice in 13 college students. The test interval was 1 week and the reliability of the results was analyzed by using the correlation coefficient within the group (ICCC). The independent sample t test was used to test the validity of the measured values and fixed loads (small, medium and large) at different arm positions of elbow and knee after calibration. Except for the first and second times of the right extensor muscle of the knee joint, the correlation coefficient was lower than 0.75 (0.695), and the other correlation coefficients were above 0.75. Except for the significant difference between the measured value of 27cm and the fixed load of 150N, the strength of flexor muscle and knee joint flexion of elbow joint, and the position of extensor muscle force arm were measured. There is no significant difference between the small fixed loads and P0.05.Conclusion the research and design of the isometric muscle strength testing system has good reliability and validity of retest, which can realize the accurate measurement of the muscle strength of the elbow and knee joint, and has the characteristics of real-time.
