【摘要】：近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,在國內(nèi)網(wǎng)球運動受關(guān)注越來越高,網(wǎng)球作為體育產(chǎn)業(yè)重要的組成部分大大的促進了我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,隨著我國女子網(wǎng)球取得的優(yōu)異成績,吸引了更多人的關(guān)注。高校是網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的重要的媒介,傳播網(wǎng)球技能和知識,提高網(wǎng)球運動的整體水平,培養(yǎng)高水平教練員和運動員,輸送人才,是高校的責(zé)任。黑龍江省大學(xué)生網(wǎng)球錦標(biāo)賽由黑龍江省教育廳黑主辦,這場賽事是黑龍江省比較權(quán)威具有代表性的賽事,已成功舉辦了十四屆。每年黑龍江省各大高校積極參與到競賽中去,參加的高校具有代表性。所以,通過文獻資料發(fā)、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對第十屆黑龍江省大學(xué)生錦標(biāo)賽的調(diào)查研究,對參加的16所高校網(wǎng)球隊進行調(diào)查分析,在訓(xùn)練及競賽方面的現(xiàn)狀。通過2016年參加了第十四屆黑龍江省大學(xué)生錦標(biāo)賽,已經(jīng)參與過三次比賽,所以對要調(diào)查的賽事有所了解,可為研究提供可靠依據(jù)。通過問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法對參加錦標(biāo)賽的運動員、教練員及裁判進行調(diào)查分心并發(fā)放問卷,找出黑龍江省高校網(wǎng)球隊訓(xùn)練與競賽中存在的不足,思考黑龍江省高校網(wǎng)球發(fā)展對策提出合理化建議,找出影響黑龍江高校網(wǎng)球隊訓(xùn)練及競賽方面的制約因素,找到好的訓(xùn)練及競賽方法。研究結(jié)果表明:參加黑龍江省大學(xué)生網(wǎng)球錦標(biāo)賽的運動員以普通大學(xué)生為主,運動員級別沒有一級運動員、將建和專業(yè)隊退役運動員,綜合來看競賽的競技水平不是很高。教練員男女比例失衡,年齡主要集中在30-40歲之間,執(zhí)教年限多數(shù)5-10年之間,教練員大多數(shù)不是專職教練,教練員參加專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)機會比較少,少數(shù)是從體育院校網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)畢業(yè),還有部分教練員是自學(xué)網(wǎng)球技能,從其他專業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)項來的,專業(yè)化不高,高校缺乏高水平的教練員隊伍。黑龍江省高校網(wǎng)球隊訓(xùn)練進行全年訓(xùn)練比較少,高校訓(xùn)練多數(shù)是進行賽前集訓(xùn),每次訓(xùn)練時間3-4個小時,主要進行基本技、戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練、體能訓(xùn)練,心理訓(xùn)練和智能訓(xùn)練占用的訓(xùn)練時間比較少,缺乏科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練保障體系參加黑龍江省大學(xué)生網(wǎng)球競賽的裁判員主要以青年為主,裁判等級有國家級和一級,學(xué)歷有研究生、本科,主要以本科為主。在競賽宣傳、推廣的力度不夠,賽制和競賽方法有待完善,高校內(nèi)網(wǎng)球競賽活動舉辦的少,網(wǎng)球隊運動員參加比賽次數(shù)不多,比賽經(jīng)驗少,運動員學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練的時間安排上存在著矛盾。有的高校場地和器材的建設(shè)不足,高校運動員的訓(xùn)練條件很難保障,訓(xùn)練及競賽活動就很難開展。通過研究找出這些尚待解決的問題,有利于促進高校網(wǎng)球事業(yè)的健康快速的發(fā)展,從而提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)。為今后黑龍江省高校網(wǎng)球隊訓(xùn)練及競賽方面乃至全國網(wǎng)球運動的開展有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy, more and more attention has been paid to tennis in China. As an important part of the sports industry, tennis has greatly promoted the economic development of our country, along with the outstanding achievements of women's tennis in China. Colleges and universities are an important medium for the development of tennis. They spread tennis skills and knowledge, improve the overall level of tennis, train high-level coaches and athletes, and transfer talents. It is the responsibility of colleges and universities. The Heilongjiang University Tennis Championship is hosted by the Heilongjiang Provincial Education Department. This tournament is a relatively authoritative and representative event in Heilongjiang Province. The 14 session has been successfully held. Every year, the major colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province take an active part in the competition, and the participating universities are representative. Therefore, through the distribution of documents, expert interviews, questionnaires, logic analysis, Through the investigation and study of the 10th Heilongjiang University students Championship, the investigation and analysis of 16 tennis teams in colleges and universities, the present situation in training and competition, the author participated in the 14th Heilongjiang University Student Championship in 2016. I have participated in three competitions, so I have some knowledge of the events to be investigated, which can provide a reliable basis for the research. The results show that the athletes participating in the Heilongjiang University Tennis Championships are mainly ordinary college students, the athletes are not at the level of first-grade athletes, and the athletes will retire from the professional team. Overall, the competitive level of the competition is not very high. The imbalance between male and female coaches is mainly concentrated in the 30-40 years of age, the majority of years of teaching between 5 and 10 years, the majority of coaches are not full-time coaches, There are few opportunities for coaches to take part in professional training, a few are graduated from sports colleges and universities, and some coaches learn tennis skills by themselves and transfer items from other specialties, so their specialization is not high. Colleges and universities lack a high level of coaches. In Heilongjiang Province, the number of tennis teams trained throughout the year is relatively small. Most of the training in colleges and universities takes place before the match, with a training time of 3-4 hours each time, mainly for basic technical and tactical training. Physical training, psychological training and intelligence training occupy less training time, lacking of a scientific and systematic training guarantee system. The referees who participate in the tennis competitions of college students in Heilongjiang Province are mainly young people, and the referees have national and first-level referees. There are graduate students, undergraduate students, mainly undergraduate courses. In competition publicity, promotion is not enough, competition system and competition methods need to be improved, tennis competition activities in colleges and universities are less, tennis team athletes participate in the number of games is not many, There are contradictions in the learning and training schedule of athletes. Some colleges and universities have insufficient construction of venues and equipment, and the training conditions of college athletes are very difficult to guarantee. Training and competition activities are very difficult to carry out. Finding out these outstanding problems through research is conducive to promoting the healthy and rapid development of tennis in colleges and universities. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, it is of great significance for the future training and competition of tennis teams in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province and even the development of tennis in the whole country.
