【摘要】：隨著國家改革開放進程的開始,中國羽毛球運動進入世界體壇,逐步迎來全面發(fā)展時期。現(xiàn)在人們生活水平越來越高,不僅滿足于物質(zhì)和精神文化的需求,更加重視對身體健康的追求,人民群眾健身意識也不斷在增強。羽毛球運動作為一項具有文化悠久、高雅時尚和普及性較高運動,目前已是廣大運動愛好者喜愛項目的首選之一。由于羽毛球運動的快速發(fā)展,國家頒布全民健身計劃的實施,參與羽毛球運動健身的人日益增多,隨之各種規(guī)模的業(yè)余羽毛球俱樂部也快速發(fā)展起來。浙江作為改革開放的前沿陣地,溫州又是我國民營經(jīng)濟的發(fā)祥地,溫州社會力量辦的羽毛球俱樂部全面落實了全民健身計劃。本文以溫州市業(yè)余羽毛球俱樂部開展現(xiàn)狀進行研究,對俱樂部的基本情況、管理者、羽毛球教練和消費者等調(diào)查作為依據(jù),找出發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,并提出對俱樂部可持續(xù)發(fā)展相應(yīng)對策,為使溫州市羽毛球愛好者需求得到滿足,給羽毛球教練和俱樂部管理人員提供理論依據(jù),旨在推動溫州市羽毛球運動健康發(fā)展和落實全民健身計劃。本文應(yīng)用文獻資料法、專家訪談法等研究方法對溫州市業(yè)余羽毛球俱樂部的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在如下問題:1.俱樂部的宣傳渠道簡單,宣傳效果有限;2.俱樂部的分布不均勻,場館規(guī)模較小;3.俱樂部的收費標準參差不齊,服務(wù)項目不多樣化;4.俱樂部的管理制度不完善,服務(wù)水平質(zhì)量不高;5.俱樂部的教練員水平不均衡,培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量不高;6.少數(shù)俱樂部發(fā)展模式仍單一化。結(jié)合溫州市業(yè)余羽毛球俱樂部的基本現(xiàn)狀、管理現(xiàn)狀、運營現(xiàn)狀、教練員現(xiàn)狀和消費者現(xiàn)狀以及俱樂部存在的問題提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展對策:1.加強場館建設(shè),擴大區(qū)域分布范圍;2.規(guī)范收費標準,滿足不同人群需求;3.開展多元化服務(wù),豐富羽毛球運動文化;4.拓展俱樂部宣傳渠道,吸引更多人群關(guān)注;5.完善管理制度,提升管理水平;6.加強教練員隊伍建設(shè),提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量;6.全面落實推行“協(xié)會+公司+俱樂部”發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:With the beginning of China's reform and opening up process, Chinese badminton has entered the world sports world and gradually ushered in a comprehensive development period. Now people's living standards are getting higher and higher, not only to meet the material and spiritual and cultural needs, Pay more attention to the pursuit of physical health, people's fitness awareness is also constantly growing. Badminton as a sport with a long culture, elegant fashion and popularity, At present, it has become one of the first choice for sports enthusiasts to enjoy the sports. Due to the rapid development of badminton, the state has promulgated the implementation of the national fitness program, and the number of people participating in badminton fitness is increasing day by day. With the rapid development of amateur badminton clubs of various sizes, Zhejiang Province, as the front line of reform and opening up, Wenzhou is the birthplace of China's private economy. The badminton club run by Wenzhou social force has fully implemented the national fitness plan. This paper studies the present situation of the amateur badminton club in Wenzhou, and makes a study on the basic situation of the club, the manager, Based on the investigation of badminton coaches and consumers, this paper finds out the problems existing in the present situation of development, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the sustainable development of clubs, so as to satisfy the needs of badminton lovers in Wenzhou City. To provide theoretical basis for badminton coaches and club managers, aiming at promoting the healthy development of badminton in Wenzhou and carrying out the national fitness program. The investigation and analysis of the present situation of amateur badminton club in Wenzhou are carried out by the methods of expert interview and other research methods. It is found that there are the following problems: 1.The propaganda channel of the club is simple, the propaganda effect is limited. 2. The distribution of the club is not even. The fees of the club are not uniform, the service items are not diversified. 4. The management system of the club is not perfect, the service level is not high and the level of the coaches is not balanced. The training quality is not high. 6. A few clubs are still developing singly. Combined with the basic status quo of amateur badminton club in Wenzhou, the management status, the operation status quo, The current situation of coaches and consumers and the problems existing in the club put forward sustainable development countermeasures: 1. Strengthen the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums, expand the scope of regional distribution, standardize the charging standards, meet the needs of different groups of people, and carry out diversified services. Enrich Badminton Sports Culture 4. expand the club publicity channels, attract more people to pay attention to. Improve the management system, improve the management level. 6. Strengthen the construction of coaches, Improve the quality of training 6. Fully implement the "Association Club" development model.
