【摘要】：山地自行車騎行是一個具有挑戰(zhàn)性和實踐性的新興體育項目,如今已發(fā)展成為一項廣受大眾喜愛的健身和出行方式。張家口市擁有得天獨厚的地理位置,境內(nèi)擁有豐富的旅游資源,是山地自行車騎行愛好者出行的理想之地。研究有利于針對現(xiàn)狀提出可供政府、俱樂部、景點、銷售商和愛好者參考的對策和建議,有利于全民健身運動的蓬勃開展,普及和推廣山地車騎行運動,對于完善張家口地區(qū)的休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),豐富山地自行車騎行文化體系,都具有重要意義和價值。本研究運用文獻資料、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、專家訪談方法,主要得出以下結論:(1)張家口市山地車騎行者以男性居多,超過半數(shù)的參與者年齡在26—35歲之間,已婚者居多,專業(yè)技術和企事業(yè)人員在騎行群體中占的大多數(shù)。參與群體具有較高經(jīng)濟收入和文化程度。(2)騎行參與者的主要動機是鍛煉身體和釋放壓力,大多數(shù)的騎行者選擇在周末進行騎行,騎行組織方式為與朋友自發(fā)組織、活動規(guī)模以中小規(guī)模騎行方式為主,騎行場所以戶外公路騎行居多。(3)影響張家口市山地車騎行運動發(fā)展的主要包括天氣狀況、消費、車輛安全、車輛保養(yǎng)維修、騎行安全、騎行知識和騎行路線等因素。(4)張家口市擁有豐富的騎行資源,得天獨厚的自然條件非常適宜開展山地車騎行運動發(fā)展,但舉辦山地自行車相關比賽與經(jīng)費較少,對騎行者缺乏騎行安全知識教育,騎行者自身素質(zhì)較低,制約了張家口市騎行隊伍的發(fā)展。根據(jù)調(diào)查分析所得出的結論,本研究提出以下建議和對策:(1)主管部門應加大力度推進山地車運動的發(fā)展,提倡健康出行方式,促進騎行運動方式和騎行文化的普及。(2)政府應充分發(fā)揮騎行俱樂部的組織功能,定期舉辦賽事并為活動提供經(jīng)費支持,利用比賽宣傳效果和影響,調(diào)動全民參與的熱情。(3)各部門應加強騎行的安全管理和安全常識的普及,提倡理性消費、提高安全意識、提高騎行者素質(zhì)、提高防盜意識等。(4)政府應著手打造可供選擇的安全、適宜的騎行路線,加強職能管理,消除騎行者顧慮騎行興趣,加強體育器材銷售商售后管理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Mountain biking is a challenging and practical new sport, which has developed into a popular fitness and travel mode. Zhangjiakou City has a unique geographical location. The territory has abundant tourist resources and is an ideal place for mountain cyclists to travel. The study is conducive to putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for the government, clubs, scenic spots, sellers and enthusiasts to refer to the present situation. It is conducive to the vigorous development of the national fitness campaign, popularizing and popularizing mountain bike cycling, improving the leisure tourism industry in Zhangjiakou, enriching the mountain cycling culture system, This study uses literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and expert interviews to draw the following conclusions: 1) the majority of mountain cyclists in Zhangjiakou City are men. More than half of the participants were between 26 and 35 years old, and the majority were married. Professional skills and business personnel constitute the majority of the cycling community. The participants have a higher income and education level.) the main motivation of the participants is to exercise their bodies and release pressure. Most cyclists choose to cycle on weekends. The biking organization is organized spontaneously with friends, and the activity scale is mainly small and medium scale cycling. The main factors that affect the development of mountain biking in Zhangjiakou City include weather conditions, consumption, vehicle safety, vehicle maintenance and repair, and cycling safety. Zhangjiakou City has abundant cycling resources, and the unique natural conditions are very suitable for the development of mountain bike cycling, but there are few competitions and funds for mountain biking. The lack of safety education for cyclists and the low quality of cyclists restrict the development of the cycling team in Zhangjiakou City. This study puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: 1) the competent department should strengthen its efforts to promote the development of mountain bike sports, promote healthy travel patterns, and promote the popularization of cycling sports patterns and cycling culture. 2) the government should give full play to the organizational function of cycling clubs. The departments should strengthen the safety management of riding and the popularization of common sense of safety, promote rational consumption and raise safety consciousness, and make use of the publicity effect and influence of the competition, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate. To improve the quality of cyclists, raise the awareness of anti-theft, etc.) the government should start to build the optional safety, suitable cycling route, strengthen the function management, remove the cyclists' concern about riding interest, and strengthen the after-sale management quality of sports equipment sellers.
