教體結(jié)合視角下鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)體系研究

【摘要】:教體結(jié)合,是一種以教育系統(tǒng)為主,通過(guò)學(xué)校課余訓(xùn)練培養(yǎng)競(jìng)技體育后備人才的機(jī)制。目標(biāo)在于改變我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育后備人才培養(yǎng)的非自然途徑,讓體育回歸教育的本原。本文以教體結(jié)合為理論依據(jù),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、訪談法、案例分析法等研究方法,從學(xué)校系統(tǒng)及社會(huì)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)入手,對(duì)河南省棒球隊(duì)人才吸收及人才專業(yè)水平逐年下滑的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行剖析后提出建議,并在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)棒球領(lǐng)域?qū)<业囊庖妵L試完善一個(gè)較為理想并具有一定可操作性的鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)體系。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,結(jié)論如下:1、現(xiàn)行鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培訓(xùn)體系中存在人才輸送斷層,后備人才在培養(yǎng)體系中不能有效的逐級(jí)接受專業(yè)的棒球訓(xùn)練,造成輸送至河南省棒球隊(duì)的后備人才技術(shù)水平不高。另一方面,后備人才多數(shù)選擇了就讀大學(xué),進(jìn)入河南省棒球隊(duì)人數(shù)逐年下滑。2、鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源單一,且在訓(xùn)練環(huán)境以及設(shè)施方面的存在短缺。3、鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才的教練員除初中階段外,總體水平較好,但是在專業(yè)崗位培訓(xùn)以及訓(xùn)練補(bǔ)助上存在缺乏的問(wèn)題。4、鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才的訓(xùn)練時(shí)間可以得到充分的保證,學(xué)生參與訓(xùn)練積極,但是在競(jìng)賽方面,賽事較少。5、現(xiàn)行鄭州市社會(huì)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)只有一家,但是在棒球?qū)m?xiàng)師資,棒球?qū)I(yè)設(shè)施建設(shè)指導(dǎo)以及學(xué)校間后備人才交流與輸送等方面對(duì)鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)體系起到了重要的補(bǔ)充作用。6、在現(xiàn)行鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步完善了鄭州市棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)體系。針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題,提出建議如下:引進(jìn)社會(huì)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)提高教練員水平與人才輸送渠道;增進(jìn)溝通,合理安排,加強(qiáng)后備人才文化課學(xué)習(xí);合理規(guī)劃使用場(chǎng)地,高效使用訓(xùn)練器材;利用現(xiàn)有資源,增加經(jīng)費(fèi)收入;增加崗位培訓(xùn)數(shù)量與內(nèi)容,提高教練員水平;加緊學(xué)校間的合作交流,與社會(huì)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)合作,形成輸送網(wǎng)絡(luò)
[Abstract]:The combination of sports and education, is a kind of based education system, training system of reserve sports talents through school training. The goal lies in the non natural way to change China's sports talents cultivation, let the sports return education origin. This combination of education as the theoretical basis, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method. The mathematical statistics method, interview method, case analysis and other research methods, from the perspective of school system and social training system, carries on the analysis to the Henan province baseball team and professional level of talent absorption declined year by year phenomenon suggested, based on the views of experts in the field of baseball tries to perfect the training system and has an ideal some operational Zhengzhou baseball talents. Through investigation and research, the conclusions are as follows: 1, the existing Zhengzhou City baseball talent reserve personnel training system Transfer fault, reserve personnel in training step by step can not be effectively system for professional baseball training, resulting in reserve personnel technical level is transported to the Henan province baseball team is not high. On the other hand, most choose to reserve personnel attending the University of Henan Province, entered the baseball team number by year decline in.2, Zhengzhou City baseball sports reserve personnel training the single source of funding, there is a shortage of.3 and in the training environment and facilities, Zhengzhou City baseball coaches reserve personnel in the junior middle school stage, the overall level is good, but there is a lack of the.4 problem in the professional job training and training grants, Zhengzhou City baseball talents training time can be fully guaranteed. Students to participate in training actively, but in the competition, competition is less.5, the current Zhengzhou city social training system is only one, but the teachers in college baseball, professional baseball Industry construction guidance and inter school exchanges and talents such as transportation system plays a complementary role.6 important to Zhengzhou City baseball sports reserve personnel training, training in the current Zhengzhou City baseball talent reserve system on the basis of further improvement of the reserve talents of baseball sports of Zhengzhou city culture system. Aiming at the existing problems and put forward recommendations are as follows: the introduction of social training system to improve the level of coaches and talent delivery channels; enhance communication, reasonable arrangement, strengthen the reserve athletic talents'cultural education; reasonable planning and use of venues, training equipment and efficient use; use of existing resources, increase fund income; increase the number and content of training, improve the level of coaches; to intensify the cooperation and exchange between schools cooperation, and social training system, the formation of transportation network
