健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)評價指標體系構建研究

【摘要】:本研究基于體育素養(yǎng)、動商理論基礎上,結合健身氣功運動項目的屬性、特點,分析大學生在校階段應具備的綜合素養(yǎng)水平。動商作為新型體育發(fā)展的指導框架,其理論模型所包含的內容結合顯性與隱性因素為一體進行商數(shù)的確定,而體育素養(yǎng)又是在動商基礎上為了學生全面提升而演變的綜合評價形式,將動商所包含的諸多維度結合體育素養(yǎng)運用在健身氣功運動當中,制定出符合當代學校教育考核、測量模式的評價體系是提高學生整體素養(yǎng)的有效手段。本研究基于對動商、體育素養(yǎng)的認知理解,質性與量化相結合,使用Likert五點量表法繪制專家問卷,向十五位專家進行兩輪問卷的發(fā)放、回收、整理,根據(jù)專家建議及研究需要確立出健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)評價體系的三級指標,根據(jù)健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)評價指標體系編制評價指標重要程度,向十位專家進行發(fā)放問卷并回收整理,采用層次分析法(AHP)對健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)三級指標進行權重的確定,并對其進行一致性檢驗。在確立三級評價指標及其權重后,依據(jù)三級指標進行學生自測量表的設計。研究結果:(1)兩輪專家問卷Cronbach's Alpha系數(shù)分別為為0.706與0.721,第二輪專家問卷平均值范圍為3.7-4.6;標準差范圍為0.26-0.52;變異系數(shù)范圍為0.07-0.12。(2)一級指標權重分別為:體育認知0.0847、體育行為0.2453、體質技能0.4980、日常行為0.1720;二級指標權重分別為:體育知識0.7184、體育意識0.2816、運動參與0.1373、鍛煉習慣0.6025、體育道德0.2602、體質水平0.3975、運動技能0.6025、課內0.7101、課外0.2899。(3)十位專家判斷矩陣C.I.范圍為0-0.0261;C.R.范圍為0-0.058;R.I.范圍為0-0.9,C.R.均小于0.1。(4)KMO值為0.691,Bartlett=1812,p=0.0000.05;因子分析主成分提取4個公共因子,累積貢獻率為56.2%;各維度Cronbach's Alpha值均在0.7-0.8之間。研究結論:(1)健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)指標體系包括體育認知、體育行為、體質技能、日常行為四個維度9個二級指標、26個三級指標,具有較高專家有效性。(2)健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)自測量表具有較高的信效度,自測量表有助于教師把握學生個體、總體的體育素養(yǎng)水平、學習內容的掌握程度,同時也展現(xiàn)了學生在先天遺傳因素的基礎上經(jīng)過長時間的學習鍛煉,體育素養(yǎng)水平有無改變,為教師進一步改進教學內容、形式、方法提供了指導性作用。(3)健身氣功選修大學生體育素養(yǎng)測評可直觀反映大學生自身特點,對于大學生體質健康水平提高、科學規(guī)律鍛煉、終身體育意識的形成具有良好的導向作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of sports accomplishment and moving-quotient, combined with the attributes and characteristics of Qigong sports, this paper analyzes the comprehensive literacy level of college students in the school stage, which is the guiding framework for the development of new sports. The content of its theoretical model is combined with the explicit and recessive factors to determine the quotient, and the sports accomplishment is the comprehensive evaluation form which evolves in order to promote the students in an all-round way on the basis of the moving-quotient. This study is based on contrastive quotient, which combines many dimensions of motor quotient with sports accomplishment in fitness qigong exercise, and establishes an evaluation system that accords with contemporary school education examination, and the evaluation system of measuring mode is an effective means to improve students' overall literacy. The cognitive understanding of sports literacy, the combination of quality and quantification, the use of Likert five-point scale method to draw up the expert questionnaire, to 15 experts to issue two rounds of questionnaires, recovery, collation, According to the expert's suggestion and the research need to establish the three level indexes of the physical education literacy evaluation system of the students of fitness qigong elective course, and the important degree of compiling the evaluation index system according to the physical fitness qigong elective college students' sports literacy evaluation index system. The questionnaire was issued to ten experts and collected, and the weight of the three levels of fitness Qigong elective college students was determined by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the consistency of the three indexes was tested. After the establishment of the three-level evaluation index and its weight, The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of two rounds of expert questionnaire is 0.706 and 0.721, the average range of the second round of expert questionnaire is 3.7-4.6; the standard deviation range is 0.26-0.52; the range of variation coefficient is 0.07-0.12.42). The second class index weights are: sports cognition 0.0847, physical behavior 0.2453, physical skill 0.4980, daily behavior 0.1720.The second grade index weights are: physical knowledge 0.7184, sports consciousness 0.2816, sports participation 0.1373, exercise habit 0.6025, physical morality 0.2602, physical fitness level 0.3975. The cumulative contribution rate is 56.2, and the Cronbach's Alpha values of each dimension are between 0.7-0.8.The research conclusion is that the physical literacy index system of Qigong elective students includes sports cognition, physical behavior and physical skills. The four dimensions of daily behavior are 9 second-class indexes and 26 third-level indexes, which have higher expert effectiveness. 2) the self-test scale of physical accomplishment of college students is of high reliability and validity. The self-test scale is helpful for teachers to grasp students' individual. The overall level of physical education literacy, the degree of mastery of learning content, and at the same time, it also shows whether the level of sports literacy has changed after a long period of study exercise on the basis of innate genetic factors, so as to further improve the teaching contents and forms for teachers. Methods the evaluation of physical literacy of students in Qigong elective course can directly reflect the characteristics of college students, and improve their physique and health level, and exercise them scientifically. The formation of lifelong sports consciousness has a good guiding role.
