【摘要】：為了全面測度我國省域體育產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平,為體育產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域優(yōu)化布局與持續(xù)發(fā)展的宏觀管理提供理論依據(jù),文章采用物元模型,構(gòu)建由"發(fā)展度-持續(xù)度"構(gòu)成的省域體育產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力二維評價體系。對2011-2014年間的天津體育產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力進(jìn)行了實例論證,結(jié)果表明:天津體育產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力的發(fā)展度由1級發(fā)展為2級,持續(xù)度由2級降為1級,屬于"粗放"型,有著被其他省域超越的危險,政府決策者應(yīng)積極采取應(yīng)對措施,提升天津體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的同時提升其持續(xù)能力,增強(qiáng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的有序性和協(xié)調(diào)性,是天津體育產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the competitive level of sports industry in the province of our country, and to provide the theoretical basis for optimizing the layout of the sports industry and the macro management of the sustainable development of the sports industry, this paper adopts the matter-element model. A two-dimensional evaluation system of the sustainable competitiveness of the sports industry in the province is constructed, which is composed of the degree of development and the degree of sustainability. A case study of the sustainable competitiveness of the sports industry in Tianjin from 2011 to 2014 is carried out. The results show that the development degree of the sustainable competitiveness of Tianjin sports industry has developed from level 1 to level 2, and the degree of sustainability has been reduced from grade 2 to level 1, which belongs to the "extensive" type and has the risk of being overtaken by other provinces. The government decision makers should take active measures to deal with this problem. It is an effective way to promote the sustainable development of Tianjin sports industry while improving the development level of Tianjin sports industry and enhance the order and coordination of the sports industry as a whole.
