我國職業(yè)電子競技發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:2016年國家主管部委針對我國職業(yè)電子競技發(fā)展出臺了一系列扶持政策,同時2017年電子競技被確立為亞運會正式比賽項目,給我國職業(yè)電子競技帶來了良好的發(fā)展契機。本研究以我國職業(yè)電子競技為研究對象,運用的研究方法包括文獻(xiàn)資料法和對比分析法。首先運用文獻(xiàn)資料法首先對電子競技及職業(yè)電子競技的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡釋,其次對以韓國為代表的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,結(jié)合對權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)的整理,分析職業(yè)電子競技在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;運用比較分析法將我國職業(yè)電子競技和韓國職業(yè)電子競技分別從人力資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)、賽事、管理體制四個方面進(jìn)行對比;最后,結(jié)合邏輯分析法進(jìn)行梳理分析得出結(jié)果:(1)人力資源方面,高水平職業(yè)運動員數(shù)量大、增長快,相比韓國培養(yǎng)模式滯后、收入不穩(wěn)定,職業(yè)教練員和裁判員隊伍規(guī)模小、專業(yè)的認(rèn)證制度欠缺;(2)產(chǎn)業(yè)方面,我國職業(yè)電子競技產(chǎn)業(yè)擁有龐大的消費群體和一定規(guī)模的職業(yè)聯(lián)賽,來自社會的商業(yè)投資量大、受風(fēng)投青睞,但相比韓國產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新力不足;(3)賽事賽制方面,已有成規(guī)模的賽會制賽事和職業(yè)聯(lián)賽,賽事的組織形式較為成熟,賽事規(guī)模發(fā)展速度快,但賽事數(shù)量和賽事規(guī)模與韓國還存在一定差距;(4)管理體制方面,多部委共同管理是我國職業(yè)電子競技管理體制的現(xiàn)實存在,不同主管部委頒布的相關(guān)政策之間沒有達(dá)到完全協(xié)調(diào),相比韓國,我國的管理體系較為松散。研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為:(1)我國職業(yè)電子競技已經(jīng)具備一定盈利能力;(2)我國電子競技已經(jīng)具備其職業(yè)化發(fā)展的政策支持;(3)針對職業(yè)電子競技發(fā)展的扶持政策缺乏具體的實施措施;(4)職業(yè)電子競技所蘊含的體育精神容易被忽略;(5)高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化的職業(yè)人才缺失。針對所存在的問題,提出如下對策:(1)政府盡快完善具體實施措施,并加快實施進(jìn)程;(2)加強行業(yè)道德建設(shè),樹立良好社會形象;(3)細(xì)化高校電子競技專業(yè),培育多元化專業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the competent ministries and commissions issued a series of supporting policies for the development of professional e-sports in China. At the same time, e-sports was established as a formal event of the Asian Games in 2017. It has brought a good opportunity for the development of professional e-sports in China. The research methods used include literature method and comparative analysis method. Firstly, it explains the related concepts of e-sports and professional e-sports, and then summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad, which is represented by Korea. Combining with the collation of authoritative data, this paper analyzes the development status of professional e-sports in China, and applies comparative analysis method to analyze the human resources, industry and competitions of China's professional e-sports and Korean professional e-sports, respectively. Finally, combing and analyzing the result of logic analysis, the result is: 1) in terms of human resources, the number of high-level professional athletes is large, the growth is fast, and compared with the Korean training model, the training model is lagging behind, and the income is unstable. The scale of professional coaches and referees is small, and the professional certification system is lacking in the industry. In terms of industry, China's professional e-sports industry has a large consumption group and a certain scale of professional leagues, and the amount of commercial investment from the society is large. It is favored by venture capital, but compared with the competition system of South Korea's industrial innovation, there is already a full-scale tournament and professional league. The organization of the competition is relatively mature, and the scale of the competition is developing rapidly. However, there is still a certain gap between the number of events and the scale of events in South Korea. In terms of management system, multi-ministry and joint management is the reality of China's professional e-sports management system. There has been no complete coordination between the relevant policies promulgated by the different ministries, compared with South Korea, China's management system is relatively loose. The conclusion of the study is that: 1) China's professional e-sports already has a certain profitability. (2) China's e-sports already has its professional development policy support for the development of professional e-sports 3) in view of the development of professional e-sports. Lack of specific measures to implement the supporting policies. (4) the spirit of sports contained in professional e-sports is easily neglected. 5) High quality. In view of the existing problems, the following countermeasures are put forward: 1) the government should improve the concrete implementation measures as soon as possible, and speed up the implementation process. 2) strengthen the moral construction of the profession and establish a good social image. Cultivate diversified professionals.
