【摘要】：運用文獻法、調(diào)查法、訪談法,對健美運動員及相關(guān)從業(yè)者進行研究,指出中國健美運動的困境并提出對策。研究認為,中國健美運動的發(fā)展困境既有歷史層面的原因,還受困于傳統(tǒng)文化的桎梏、身體與現(xiàn)實的沖突以及所謂猛男、裸露、禁藥等問題帶來的負面影響。分析認為,中國健美運動應(yīng)進行自然美的審美取向調(diào)整,注重積極的宣傳與引導(dǎo),提高運動員的自身修養(yǎng),加大對興奮劑的打擊力度。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, investigation and interview, this paper studies bodybuilders and related practitioners, points out the predicament of Chinese bodybuilding and puts forward some countermeasures. The research shows that there are historical reasons for the difficulties in the development of Chinese bodybuilding. They are also trapped by the shackles of traditional culture, the conflict between body and reality, and the negative effects of such problems as the so-called masculinity, nudity, and forbidden drugs. It is believed that Chinese bodybuilding should adjust the aesthetic orientation of natural beauty. Pay attention to the positive propaganda and guidance, improve the athletes self-cultivation, increase the crack down on doping.
