我國體育類國家級精品資源共享課建設(shè)及應(yīng)用狀況調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:2002年,美國麻省理工學院(MIT)公布了開放課件計劃(Open Course Ware,簡稱OWC),這項計劃換倡導將課程資源完全開放,完全共享給互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上學習的人,讓更多渴望學習的人能夠有機會學習到高等學府的優(yōu)質(zhì)課程。自麻省理工學院率先將教育資源完全開放以來,世界范圍內(nèi)紛紛采取措施建設(shè)開放課程。我國在教育發(fā)展這方面也緊跟著國際的腳步快速推進著,很早開始就有現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程,發(fā)展到后來的精品課、視頻公開課、資源共享課。精品資源共享課是指以高校教師和學生為服務(wù)主體,同時面向社會學習者的基礎(chǔ)課和專業(yè)課等各類網(wǎng)絡(luò)共享課程。本文主要運用文獻資料法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等對我國體育類國家級精品資源共享課建設(shè)和應(yīng)用狀況進行調(diào)查研究,首先對現(xiàn)階段國家級精品資源共享課相關(guān)文獻進行研究分析,根據(jù)國家精品資源共享課程平臺“愛課程”對現(xiàn)有的體育類精品資源共享課進行統(tǒng)計,將課程數(shù)量、師資隊伍、課程資源、平臺建設(shè)等情況進行詳盡統(tǒng)計分析。在對體育類國家級精品資源共享課應(yīng)用情況的調(diào)查研究中,編寫了調(diào)查問卷,調(diào)查問卷的內(nèi)容主要包括對體育類國家精品資源共享課的知曉情況、對體育類國家精品資源共享課的訪問情況、對現(xiàn)有體育類國家精品資源共享課的滿意程度、希望課程平臺增加的服務(wù)等問題。旨在為體育類國家精品資源共享課建設(shè)和應(yīng)用提供一定的理論依據(jù)和建議。通過調(diào)查研究,得出以下結(jié)論:1.體育類國家精品資源共享課存在著地域與學科分布不均衡的情況,西部地區(qū)體育類精品資源共享課分布較少,二級學科課程建設(shè)不均衡。2.“愛課程”宣傳推廣不到位,學生的知曉率不高。3.資源共享課的建設(shè)缺少相關(guān)政策的支持,后期建設(shè)缺少經(jīng)費,缺乏相關(guān)獎勵機制來激發(fā)教師參與課程建設(shè)。4.資源共享課的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺建設(shè)沒有受到重視,學習者的網(wǎng)站使用體驗不佳,“愛課程”的移動客戶端開發(fā)滯后,落后于國內(nèi)其他課程平臺的客戶端服務(wù)。5.資源共享課的課程資源沒有實現(xiàn)真正意義上的開放共享。
[Abstract]:In 2002, MIT announced the Open Course are, or owl, which advocates that curriculum resources be fully open and shared among people studying on the Internet. To give more people who want to learn access to quality courses at institutions of higher learning. Since MIT took the lead in fully opening up educational resources, All over the world, measures have been taken to build open courses. In our country, in the field of educational development, we are also following the pace of international rapid progress. There has been a project of modern distance education at an early stage, and it has developed to the following quality courses, video open courses. Resource sharing lesson. The excellent resource sharing course refers to all kinds of network sharing courses, such as basic courses and professional courses, which take college teachers and students as the main service subjects and social learners at the same time. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature and information, network investigation, etc. The methods of questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on are investigated and studied on the construction and application of the state-level elite resource sharing course in China. Firstly, the relevant literature of the state-level high-quality resource sharing course is studied and analyzed at the present stage. According to the course platform "Love course" of the National excellent Resource sharing platform, this paper makes statistics on the existing sports excellent resources sharing courses, including the number of courses, the number of teachers, the curriculum resources, the number of courses, the teaching staff, and the curriculum resources. In the investigation and research on the application of the national elite resource sharing course of sports, a questionnaire was compiled. The contents of the questionnaire mainly include the knowledge of the national elite resource sharing course of sports, the visit to the national fine resource sharing course of sports, the satisfaction degree of the existing national excellent resource sharing course of sports. The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical basis and suggestions for the construction and application of sports national excellent resources sharing courses. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. There is an imbalance between the geographical distribution and the subject distribution in the national elite resource sharing courses of sports, and the distribution of the sports excellent resources sharing courses in the western region is relatively small. "Love course" propaganda and promotion is not in place, the awareness rate of students is not high .3. the construction of resource-sharing course lacks the support of relevant policies, and the later construction lacks funds. Lack of relevant incentive mechanism to stimulate teachers to participate in curriculum construction .4.The construction of network platform of resource sharing course has not been paid attention to, learners' website use experience is not good, and the mobile client development of "Love course" is lagging behind. 5. the course resources of the resource sharing courses have not realized the real open sharing.
