【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和比較分析法等方法,分析制約重慶市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素,結(jié)果表明:網(wǎng)球場地設(shè)施缺乏、青少年網(wǎng)球教練員整體水平不高、重慶市大部分區(qū)縣和學(xué)校網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目資金投入不足、培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員模式單一、政府及相關(guān)職能部門對青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展扶持力度不夠、網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)群眾基礎(chǔ)薄弱等,是制約重慶市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的主要因素.針對問題,提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:政府職能部門應(yīng)加大對重慶市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的支持力度;并采用多種方式,加大宣傳力度,在中小學(xué)推進(jìn)網(wǎng)球進(jìn)校園,推廣和普及網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng);采取多種方式籌集資金,增加青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)資金投入;增加網(wǎng)球場地設(shè)施,幫助有條件開展青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的中小學(xué)修建網(wǎng)球場;加強(qiáng)教練員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)體系,鼓勵(lì)多種方式培養(yǎng)青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員.
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of juvenile tennis in Chongqing. The results show that the tennis court facilities are lacking. The overall level of juvenile tennis coaches is not high, the majority of districts and schools in Chongqing lack of investment in tennis projects, the single mode of training tennis players, the government and related functional departments to support the development of juvenile tennis is not enough. The weak mass foundation of tennis is the main factor that restricts the development of youth tennis in Chongqing. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward the development strategy: the government departments should strengthen the support for the youth tennis in Chongqing; And adopt various ways, increase propaganda, promote tennis into the campus in primary and secondary schools, promote and popularize tennis; take various ways to raise funds to increase investment in youth tennis; increase tennis court facilities, To help middle and primary schools that have the conditions to develop juvenile tennis to build tennis courts, to strengthen the construction of coaches, to improve the training system of young tennis players, and to encourage a variety of ways to train young tennis players.
