北京體育大學(xué)足球裁判班學(xué)生培養(yǎng)調(diào)查及對策研究

【摘要】:北京體育大學(xué)足球裁判班自2001年成立以來培養(yǎng)了一大批優(yōu)秀的足球裁判員,優(yōu)化了中國足球裁判員年齡結(jié)構(gòu),提高中國了足球裁判的質(zhì)量,取得了輝煌的成果。當前,國內(nèi)外足球環(huán)境發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,裁判班需要隨著時代的發(fā)展而適時適當?shù)淖龀稣{(diào)整。通過對教學(xué)過程各個要素進行深入研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在問題,提出解決方案進而提高裁判班的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,保證培養(yǎng)人才培養(yǎng)持續(xù)性。本文通過文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實地考察法對裁判班教學(xué)過程諸要素為研究對象,得出如下結(jié)論:1、北京體育大學(xué)足球裁判班共培養(yǎng)14屆324名畢業(yè)生,其中二級裁判員59名,一級裁判員249名,國家級裁判員12名,國際級裁判員4名。一級以上通過率為81.8%,不僅達到了達到了教學(xué)大綱中培養(yǎng)一級裁判員的要求,而且為中國足球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的裁判隊伍的建設(shè)做出了重要的貢獻。2、裁判班是以裁判運動訓(xùn)練為基礎(chǔ),培養(yǎng)足球裁判員為輔的復(fù)合型教學(xué)模式。其教學(xué)目標包含著運動訓(xùn)練和裁判專業(yè)兩個目標,符合學(xué)生的發(fā)展要求。3、裁判班學(xué)生體能狀況符合現(xiàn)代裁判員的基本要求,實踐能力良好,外語能力相對薄弱,學(xué)生執(zhí)裁數(shù)量相對較少,質(zhì)量低,缺乏持續(xù)性和系統(tǒng)性。4、裁判班專項課共960學(xué)時,其中足球?qū)m椨?xùn)練576學(xué)時;裁判理論與實踐384學(xué)時。課程內(nèi)容足球?qū)m椨?xùn)練以及裁判教學(xué)兩個部分。課程設(shè)置符合學(xué)生的發(fā)展需求。5、裁判班師資狀況滿足足球?qū)m椊虒W(xué)與裁判教學(xué)的要求,教學(xué)環(huán)境基本滿足日常教學(xué)的需求。6、裁判班裁判理論教學(xué)采用講授法、談話法、演示法;思想道德教學(xué)采用談話法、體能教學(xué)采用以實際訓(xùn)練為主的訓(xùn)練方法,實踐教學(xué)采用演示法、場景模擬法、討論法,效果顯著。7、裁判班的考核機制分為足球?qū)m椏己撕妥闱虿门锌己?考核的內(nèi)容和分值設(shè)置能夠體現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標和課程設(shè)置的要求。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment in 2001, the soccer referee class of Beijing Sports University has trained a large number of excellent football referees, optimized the age structure of Chinese football referees, improved the quality of Chinese football referees, and achieved brilliant results. The football environment at home and abroad has undergone earth-shaking changes, and the referee class needs to make timely and appropriate adjustments with the development of the times. Through the in-depth study of the various elements of the teaching process, we find that there are problems, The author puts forward the solution to improve the teaching quality of the referee class and ensure the training continuity of the qualified personnel. Through the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire investigation and field investigation, the author takes the teaching process of the referee class as the object of study. The conclusion is as follows: 1. The soccer referee class of Beijing physical Education University has trained 324 graduates of 14 classes, of whom 59 are second-class referees, 249 first-class referees, 12 national referees. There are 4 referees at the international level. The pass rate above the first grade is 81.8, which not only meets the requirement of training the first grade referees in the syllabus, but also meets the requirements of training the first grade referees in the syllabus. Moreover, it has made an important contribution to the construction of the referee team in the Chinese Professional Football League. The referee class is based on the referee training. The teaching goal includes two goals of sports training and referee specialty, which accords with the development requirements of students, and the students' physical condition in the referee class accords with the basic requirements of modern referees. The practice ability is good, the foreign language ability is relatively weak, the student holds the judgment quantity relatively little, the quality is low, lacks the persistence and the systematic.4. the referee class special course altogether 960 hours, including the soccer special training 576 hours; The theory and practice of referee are 384 hours. The course contents include football special training and referee teaching. The curriculum meets the needs of the students, and the teachers in the referee class meet the requirements of football special teaching and referee teaching. The teaching environment basically meets the needs of daily teaching. The referee's theory teaching adopts the teaching method of instruction, the method of conversation, the method of demonstration, the teaching of ideology and morality adopts the method of conversation, and the teaching of physical fitness adopts the training method which is mainly based on practical training. Demonstration method, scene simulation method and discussion method are used in practice teaching. The evaluation mechanism of referee class can be divided into football special examination and football referee assessment. The content and value setting of assessment can reflect the requirements of teaching objectives and curriculum settings.
