“羅森塔爾”效應(yīng)在少兒羽毛球訓(xùn)練教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本研究以南京市建鄴區(qū)清竹園羽毛球俱樂(lè)部興趣班學(xué)員(共80名)為研究樣本,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,來(lái)探討“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”教學(xué)模式與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式在少兒羽毛球練習(xí)過(guò)程中身體素質(zhì)、心理健康及基本動(dòng)作技能的比較分析,旨在為羽毛球教學(xué)的發(fā)展提供參考價(jià)值。在研究實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,筆者根據(jù)學(xué)生的年齡、身高、體質(zhì)、性別、性格等方面因素從中抽取四個(gè)組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各兩組,每小組20人,共80人,男女生比例均等分配。實(shí)驗(yàn)前后進(jìn)行了基本的身體素質(zhì)測(cè)試,心理健康測(cè)試以及羽毛球基本動(dòng)作技術(shù)的評(píng)估與考核。最終根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,運(yùn)用SPSS20.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,研究結(jié)果表明:1.經(jīng)過(guò)整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)周期,受測(cè)學(xué)生的速度、力量、靈敏、柔韌及耐力5項(xiàng)受測(cè)指標(biāo)均。有所提高(P0.01)。并對(duì)T值檢驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)組各項(xiàng)成績(jī)均差異顯著(0.01P0.05)。而在對(duì)照組中,P0.05表明前后水平差異不明顯,提高幅度也低于采用運(yùn)動(dòng)羅森塔爾效應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)組。2.經(jīng)過(guò)整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)周期,受測(cè)學(xué)生在心理健康測(cè)試中的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)具有高度顯著差異性(P0.01),大多數(shù)學(xué)生提高了自身的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。同時(shí)各項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)也證明了實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用羅森塔爾效應(yīng)教學(xué)模式確實(shí)提高了他們的自尊心和自信心,也進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)了很強(qiáng)的接受能力并端正了學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。3.在羽毛球基本動(dòng)作技術(shù)評(píng)估與測(cè)試中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)測(cè)試具有明顯差異(P0.01),學(xué)生對(duì)于羽毛球的技術(shù)理論分析和理解運(yùn)用能力都得到了顯著的提高。通過(guò)分析和研究各類調(diào)查和實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),在整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)周期后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的羽毛球基本技術(shù)得分也明顯高過(guò)傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式下的另一組。從實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析總結(jié)可得:在少兒羽毛球訓(xùn)練教學(xué)過(guò)程中,“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”的合理使用可以不斷鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生,提高他們的主動(dòng)性和熱情,提高學(xué)生的專項(xiàng)技能和身體素質(zhì),最終保證訓(xùn)練任務(wù)順利完成。
[Abstract]:In this study, 80 students of interest class of Qingzhu Park Badminton Club in Jianye District of Nanjing City were used as the research samples. The methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on were used in this study. To explore the Rosenthal effect teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in children's badminton practice process of physical quality, mental health and basic movement skills comparative analysis, In order to provide reference value for the development of badminton teaching, the author selected four groups according to the factors of students' age, height, physique, sex, personality and so on, the experimental group and the control group each. Each group of 20 people, a total of 80, the proportion of male and female students are equally distributed. Before and after the experiment, the basic physical fitness test, mental health test and badminton basic movement skills evaluation and assessment. Finally, according to the experimental results, Using SPSS20.0 to carry out data analysis, the result shows that after the whole experiment cycle, the tested students' speed, strength, agility, flexibility and endurance are all tested. The scores of the experimental group were significantly different (0.01 P 0.05). In the control group (P0.05), there was no significant difference in the level before and after the experiment, and the increase was also lower than that in the experimental group using the Rosenthal effect. The indexes of mental health test were significantly different (P0.01), and most of the students increased their interest in learning. Meanwhile, the experimental data also proved that the experimental group adopted Rosenthal effect teaching model. It did increase their self-esteem and self-confidence, It also further develops a strong receptivity and corrects the learning attitude. 3. In the evaluation and testing of badminton basic movements, The students in the experimental group had significant differences in the tests of each index before and after the experiment, and the students' ability of theoretical analysis and understanding of badminton was improved significantly. Through the analysis and study of all kinds of investigation and experimental data, After the entire cycle of the experiment, The scores of the students in the experimental group were also significantly higher than those in the other group under the traditional teaching mode. From the analysis of the experimental results, it was concluded that the Rosenthal effect should be used reasonably in the process of children's badminton training and teaching. Students can be constantly encouraged, Improve their initiative and enthusiasm, improve students' special skills and physical fitness, and ultimately ensure the smooth completion of training tasks.
