自組織理論對(duì)提高大學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣的研究

【摘要】:體育教學(xué)是構(gòu)建起學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生涯的重要根基,有著栽培學(xué)生身心,完善素質(zhì)教學(xué)發(fā)展,具有絕對(duì)科學(xué)性的學(xué)科。從小學(xué)、初中、高中乃至大學(xué),體育是促進(jìn)我們身心健康發(fā)展的重要組成部分,國(guó)家也反復(fù)重申,學(xué)生只有擁有健康的身心,才能更好的為國(guó)家服務(wù),為社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn),學(xué)生是我們中華民族的未來(lái)。體育教學(xué)方法一直隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生變化,本次研究以自組織理論為理論基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)其在教育領(lǐng)域中所凸顯出的科學(xué)性,運(yùn)用到健美操教學(xué)中,進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究在健美操教學(xué)中運(yùn)用自組織理論的教學(xué)方法對(duì)于學(xué)生的體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣的影響,為改變高校學(xué)生對(duì)現(xiàn)階段體育教學(xué)課程的消極觀念,以及能否提高學(xué)生對(duì)體育學(xué)習(xí)的興趣提供依據(jù)。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)中自變量為自組織理論所提供的開(kāi)放性、合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)式教學(xué),學(xué)習(xí)興趣提高或降低程度作為驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的重要依據(jù),而實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、場(chǎng)地安排以及教師的教學(xué)水平則控制不變,本次教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的流程是,信效度檢驗(yàn)完成后,籌備實(shí)驗(yàn)的前一周,發(fā)放《大學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣水平量表》給兩個(gè)班級(jí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行四個(gè)維度的前測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,操作實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用自組織理論提供的三個(gè)要素對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)和一定程度的干涉,以此區(qū)別開(kāi)對(duì)照組的常規(guī)教學(xué)方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后再次發(fā)放《大學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣水平量表》進(jìn)行四個(gè)維度后測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析。研究在大學(xué)生課堂運(yùn)用這樣的教學(xué)方法能否切實(shí)的提高大學(xué)生們對(duì)體育課程的興趣,改變現(xiàn)階段多數(shù)大學(xué)生對(duì)體育教學(xué)的消極態(tài)度和排斥感。基于以上的研究,結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組在該量表的四個(gè)維度中除了“課外關(guān)注和參與體育活動(dòng)程度”和對(duì)照組沒(méi)有顯著性差異外,在“喜愛(ài)體育課的程度”、“課外自主體育學(xué)習(xí)程度”和“厭惡學(xué)習(xí)的程度”三個(gè)維度中均有極大顯著性差異,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的興趣提升程度明顯高于對(duì)照組,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果分析可以得出本文的研究結(jié)論是:學(xué)生對(duì)于自組織模式下的教學(xué)充滿好奇心,通過(guò)運(yùn)用基礎(chǔ)健美操知識(shí)再結(jié)合自身創(chuàng)意與當(dāng)下流行萊美課程相結(jié)合的教學(xué)形式,讓學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí),在已有的知識(shí)框架上充分拓展和發(fā)揮,提高了自主學(xué)習(xí)和接受外界知識(shí)的能力。說(shuō)明運(yùn)用自組織理論所提供的開(kāi)放性、合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)式教學(xué)能切實(shí)有效的提高學(xué)生對(duì)體育課程學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
[Abstract]:Physical education is an important foundation for students' learning career, with the cultivation of students' body and mind, the improvement of quality teaching and the development of quality teaching. Sports is an important part of promoting our physical and mental health. The state has repeatedly reiterated that only when students have a healthy body and mind can they better serve the country and contribute to society. Students are the future of the Chinese nation. Sports teaching methods have been changing with the development of the times. This study is based on the theory of self-organization, according to its prominent scientific nature in the field of education. In order to change the students' negative ideas about the present physical education course, the author studies the influence of the teaching method of self-organization theory on the students' interest in physical education in order to change the negative ideas of college students on the present physical education course, which is applied to the aerobics teaching, and carries on the teaching experiment in the course of calisthenics teaching. In this experiment, the independent variables provided by the self-organization theory of open, cooperative and competitive teaching, learning interest increase or decrease as an important basis to verify the results of the experiment. However, the teaching content, venue arrangement and teachers' teaching level in the course of the experiment are not changed. The flow of this teaching experiment is that after the reliability and validity test is completed, the week before the preparation of the experiment, In the course of the experiment, the students in two classes were analyzed with the pre-test data of four dimensions by issuing the "level of interest in physical Education study of College students". Using the three elements provided by the self-organization theory to guide and interfere with the experimental group to a certain extent, so as to distinguish the conventional teaching methods of the control group. At the end of the experiment, the students' interest in physical education learning scale was released again to analyze the data of the four dimensions. The study can improve the students' interest in the physical education course by using this teaching method in the college students' classroom. To change the negative attitude and the sense of rejection of most college students towards physical education at the present stage. The results showed that in the four dimensions of the scale, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group except "the degree of extracurricular attention and participation in sports activities". There were significant differences in the three dimensions of "the degree of liking for physical education", "the degree of extracurricular independent physical education learning" and "the degree of aversion to learning". The degree of interest promotion in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Through the analysis of the data, we can draw the conclusion that the students are full of curiosity about the teaching under the self-organizing mode, and the teaching form which combines their own creativity with the popular Lemi course by using the basic aerobics knowledge. Allowing students to learn autonomously, to fully expand and exert their existing knowledge framework, improves their ability to learn autonomously and accept knowledge from outside, and illustrates the openness provided by the use of self-organization theory. Cooperative and competitive teaching can effectively enhance students' interest in PE courses.
