【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、田野調(diào)查法、訪談法等方法,在文化大發(fā)展大繁榮的時(shí)代背景下,對(duì)我國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)體育基地發(fā)展過(guò)程中的異化現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析,指出我國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)體育基地的異化現(xiàn)象表現(xiàn)為:發(fā)展目標(biāo)模糊,統(tǒng)領(lǐng)作用不明顯;權(quán)力空心化,各項(xiàng)權(quán)益難以保障;內(nèi)容失真,難以承載時(shí)代使命;管理松散化、評(píng)估形式化。對(duì)于異化的克服應(yīng)肩負(fù)起民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化傳承使命,做到文化適應(yīng);善用政府扶持機(jī)制,加快基地轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí);優(yōu)化內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),提升基地治理能力,促進(jìn)我國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)體育基地的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the methods of literature, field investigation, interview and so on, this paper analyzes the alienation phenomenon in the course of the development of traditional national sports base in China under the background of the great development and prosperity of culture. It is pointed out that the alienation phenomenon of traditional national sports bases in our country is shown as follows: the development goal is vague, the leading function is not obvious, the power is empty, the rights and interests are difficult to guarantee, the content is distorted, it is difficult to bear the mission of the times, and the management is loosened. In order to overcome alienation, we should shoulder the mission of inheriting traditional national sports culture to adapt to culture; make good use of government support mechanism to speed up the base transformation and upgrade; optimize the internal governance structure, enhance the base governance ability, To promote the sustainable development of our national traditional sports base.
