【摘要】：人類爭(zhēng)取真正意義上的休閑過(guò)程其實(shí)也是克服各種休閑制約的過(guò)程。體育健身休閑日益成為我國(guó)城市居民主要休閑活動(dòng)之一。發(fā)展群眾體育,倡導(dǎo)全民健身也成為推進(jìn)"健康中國(guó)"國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。研究城市居民體育健身休閑制約因素及其對(duì)休閑參與的影響程度,不僅有助于了解城市居民體育健身休閑參與的制約特征,且對(duì)優(yōu)化城市體育健身休閑空間的人本化建設(shè)及管理決策提供一定的指導(dǎo)意義。文章基于929份福州居民健身休閑制約因素與休閑參與的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,采用主成分分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,實(shí)證探討福州市居民體育健身休閑制約因素與休閑參與的影響關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:個(gè)人制約、服務(wù)管理、人際制約、環(huán)境狀況和休閑機(jī)會(huì)是影響城市居民體育健身休閑參與的五大重要因素。其中,個(gè)人制約因素對(duì)休閑參與的直接影響程度最大,其次是服務(wù)管理和人際制約因素,環(huán)境狀況因素直接影響程度最小,而休閑機(jī)會(huì)因素則間接影響居民體育健身休閑參與。此外,城市居民體育健身休閑參與還受到五大制約因素之間不同程度的交互影響,從而表現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜性效應(yīng)的特征。
[Abstract]:In fact, the leisure process in the real sense of mankind is also a process to overcome all kinds of leisure constraints. Sports, fitness and leisure are increasingly becoming one of the main leisure activities of urban residents in China. Advocating national fitness has also become an important part of the national strategy of promoting "healthy China". This paper studies the restriction factors of urban residents' physical fitness and leisure and their influence on leisure participation. Not only is it helpful to understand the restricted characteristics of urban residents' participation in physical fitness and leisure, This paper also provides some guidance for optimizing the humanistic construction and management decision of urban sports fitness leisure space. This paper is based on 929 questionnaires on the restricted factors and leisure participation of Fuzhou residents' fitness and leisure. By using principal component analysis and structural equation model, this paper empirically discusses the relationship between the restriction factors of physical fitness and leisure and leisure participation of residents in Fuzhou. The results show that: personal restriction, service management, interpersonal restriction, etc. Environmental conditions and leisure opportunities are five important factors that affect the participation of urban residents in physical fitness and leisure. Among them, personal constraints have the greatest direct impact on leisure participation, followed by service management and interpersonal constraints. The environmental factors have the least direct influence, while the leisure opportunity factors have indirect influence on the participation of the residents. In addition, the participation of urban residents in sports fitness leisure is also affected by the interaction between the five major factors. Thus showing the characteristics of complexity effect.
