西安市健身私教工作室現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會生活質(zhì)量的提高,越來越多的人開始注意到身體健康的重要性,消費者的需求也趨于多樣化,對健身鍛煉和精細(xì)化的健身指導(dǎo)提出了更高的要求。健身工作室正是迎合這種需求而出現(xiàn)的一種新的健身業(yè)態(tài)形式,所經(jīng)營的內(nèi)容更直接、更細(xì)致、更個性化。小型工作室在國內(nèi)一線城市已經(jīng)發(fā)展相對成熟,但在西安市還處于剛剛起步階段。本文通過文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法及歸納總結(jié)法等研究方法,以西安市健身私教工作室的私人教練、會員及工作室的管理人員為調(diào)查對象,對西安市健身私教工作室的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析了其中存在的問題和原因,并提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。研究結(jié)果表明:1.西安市健身私教工作室私人教練年齡較為年輕化,文化素質(zhì)水平較高,男性比例遠(yuǎn)大于女性;體能類多于醫(yī)學(xué)類,國際認(rèn)證教練較少;健身技術(shù)較為先進;工作場地僅限于健身工作室;大部分認(rèn)為西安市健身私教工作室發(fā)展前景很好。2.西安市健身私教工作室的會員女性多于男性,以中高端收入的中年人群為主,通過親友轉(zhuǎn)介紹、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播兩個途徑選擇工作室,大部分會員對私人教練專業(yè)素質(zhì)較滿意,但同時會員也反應(yīng)收費偏高,希望能降低價格。3.西安市健身私教工作室的選址大多在經(jīng)濟相對發(fā)達、配套設(shè)施環(huán)境較好的社區(qū)內(nèi),場地設(shè)施小而精,大多以一對一私人教練課程和小型團體課為主,課程設(shè)置缺乏創(chuàng)新和特色;大多數(shù)工作室的收益持平,少部分能夠盈余,這對于西安市健身私教工作室的市場發(fā)展是很好的開端。通過分析上述現(xiàn)狀提出了以下對策:1.建議增加女性教練比例,同時應(yīng)拓展知識范圍,避免技能單一;盡量滿足會員的需求,將會員走進來與教練走出去結(jié)合起來。2.密切關(guān)注市場需求,細(xì)化課程分類,豐富會員的年齡層次;保證高質(zhì)量的服務(wù),擴大宣傳增加會員;根據(jù)實際情況合理定價;讓更多的人得到專業(yè)私教指導(dǎo)。3.選址因地制宜;抓住自身課程特點,做到極致,為自己塑造品牌形象,創(chuàng)造品牌價值,做到專而精進而連鎖;改善工作室環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境;發(fā)揮團隊的能力和潛力,提高辦事效率;盡量節(jié)約成本。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the quality of social life, more and more people begin to pay attention to the importance of physical health, and the needs of consumers tend to be diversified. The fitness studio is a new form of fitness that caters to this kind of demand, and its contents are more direct and detailed. More individualized. Small studios have been relatively mature in first-tier cities in China, but in Xi'an, they are still in their infancy. The methods of mathematical statistics and induction and summarization are used to investigate the present situation of the development of private education workshops in Xi'an, taking the personal coaches, members and managers of the workshops as the objects of investigation. Found and analyzed the existing problems and reasons, and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures. The research results show that: 1. The age of personal coaches in Xi'an fitness private education studio is younger, the level of cultural quality is higher, and the proportion of men is far larger than that of women; Physical fitness is more than medicine, international certified coaches are less, fitness technology is more advanced, work place is limited to fitness studio; Most people think that the development prospect of Xi'an Fitness Private Education Studio is very good .2.The members of Xi'an Fitness Private Education Studio have more women than men, mainly middle-aged people with middle and high income, who are introduced through relatives and friends. The majority of members are satisfied with the professional quality of personal coaches, but at the same time, members also respond to the high fees, hoping to lower the price .3.The siting of Xi'an Fitness and Private Education Studio is relatively developed in economy. In the communities where the supporting facilities are better, the venues are small and fine, and most of them are mainly one-to-one personal coaching courses and small group courses. The curriculum is short of innovation and characteristics. The profits of most studios are equal, and a few of them are able to make a surplus. This is a good beginning for the market development of the fitness private education studio in Xi'an. By analyzing the above situation, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1.The suggestion is to increase the proportion of female coaches, and at the same time, to expand the scope of knowledge and avoid the single skill; Pay close attention to the market demand, refine the course classification, enrich the age level of the member, guarantee the high quality service, expand the propaganda and increase the membership; Reasonable pricing according to the actual situation; let more people get professional private guidance .3.siting measures according to local conditions; grasp the characteristics of their own curriculum, do the utmost, create brand image for themselves, create brand value, so as to be specialized and refined and then chain; Improve studio environment and human environment; develop team ability and potential, improve efficiency; save cost as much as possible.
