【摘要】：采用歷史文獻(xiàn)考據(jù)為主的文本分析方法,以國(guó)家"網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化強(qiáng)國(guó)"戰(zhàn)略為引領(lǐng),運(yùn)用文化學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、歷史學(xué)等交叉學(xué)科理論知識(shí),對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的中國(guó)武術(shù)國(guó)際傳播特征、發(fā)展機(jī)遇,中國(guó)武術(shù)"走出去"的歷史進(jìn)程和面臨困境,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代中國(guó)武術(shù)"走出去"的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑進(jìn)行了學(xué)理分析。研究認(rèn)為,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代對(duì)人類(lèi)的生活、生產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展都具有很大的推動(dòng)作用的國(guó)家意志,為作為中華文化"走出去"標(biāo)識(shí)性項(xiàng)目的中國(guó)武術(shù)的全景式國(guó)際傳播的創(chuàng)新能力提升,植入了新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化智慧。以政府職能部門(mén)具有明顯目的性和計(jì)劃性的世界推介、民間拳師和武術(shù)組織的自由式傳播、影視作品為載體的無(wú)意識(shí)國(guó)際傳播等中國(guó)武術(shù)國(guó)際傳播推進(jìn)路徑,引發(fā)國(guó)內(nèi)外武術(shù)傳播媒體雙向?qū)臃α?凸顯國(guó)內(nèi)武術(shù)傳播主體創(chuàng)新意識(shí)淡薄;武術(shù)哲學(xué)內(nèi)涵和人文價(jià)值理念溝通缺失,致使域外媒體平臺(tái)武術(shù)文化傳播乏力等現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。要破解此種窘境,務(wù)必轉(zhuǎn)變互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代中國(guó)武術(shù)"走出去"的傳播主體的理念,由線(xiàn)下傳播向線(xiàn)上傳播轉(zhuǎn)型;樹(shù)立共同體意識(shí),有序走進(jìn)國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)武術(shù)網(wǎng)站;利用主流互聯(lián)網(wǎng),在策略和方式上積極應(yīng)對(duì);構(gòu)建"本土化"體系,提升影視作品和武術(shù)網(wǎng)站的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;整合域外新媒體,強(qiáng)化實(shí)質(zhì)性意義的雙向交流合作。
[Abstract]:Based on the textual analysis method of historical documents, and guided by the national strategy of "powerful nation of network culture", and using the knowledge of cross-disciplinary theories, such as culture, communication, history, etc., the characteristics of the international dissemination of Chinese Wushu in the Internet era are analyzed. The development opportunity, the historical process and predicament of Chinese Wushu "going out" and the realization path of Chinese Wushu "going out" in the Internet era are analyzed in theory. The development of productive forces has a great role in promoting the national will, in order to enhance the innovative ability of the panoramic international dissemination of Chinese Wushu as a "going out" project of Chinese culture. With the introduction of the world of government functions with obvious purpose and planning, the free communication of folk boxers and martial arts organizations, The unconscious international communication of Chinese Wushu, which is the carrier of film and television works, causes the lack of two-way docking of domestic and foreign Wushu communication media, and highlights the weak innovation consciousness of domestic Wushu communication subject. The lack of communication between the connotation of Wushu philosophy and the concept of humanistic value leads to the lack of communication of Wushu culture on the overseas media platform. In order to solve this dilemma, it is necessary to change the concept of "going out" of Chinese Wushu in the Internet era. From offline communication to online communication; to establish a sense of community, to enter the Internet Wushu website in an orderly manner; to use the mainstream Internet to actively respond to the strategies and methods; to build a "localization" system, To enhance the core competitiveness of film and television works and martial arts websites; to integrate foreign new media and strengthen two-way communication and cooperation of substantive significance.
