開放性體育鍛煉對大學生注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的選擇性促進

【摘要】:目的:探索開放性與閉鎖性體育鍛煉方式對大學生注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的影響。方法:采用組間設(shè)計,選取符合研究條件的75名大學生作為被試,將被試按照其體育鍛煉方式劃分為3組:開放性鍛煉組、閉鎖性鍛煉組與無規(guī)律鍛煉對照組。本研究使用注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)測試對被試的3個注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能進行評測。結(jié)果:在執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,對照組和閉鎖性鍛煉組差異顯著(P0.05),閉鎖性鍛煉組和開放性鍛煉組差異顯著(P0.01),開放性鍛煉組和對照組差異顯著(P0.01)。在警覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)和定向網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,3組被試均無顯著差異。結(jié)論:開放性鍛煉與閉鎖性鍛煉均可顯著提高注意的執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能,開放性鍛煉相比于閉鎖性鍛煉對注意的執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的促進作用更顯著;兩種體育鍛煉方式對注意的警覺與定向網(wǎng)絡(luò)不存在促進效益。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of open and closed physical exercises on the attention network function of college students. The subjects were divided into three groups according to their physical exercise style: open exercise group, In this study, the attention network test was used to evaluate the three attentional network functions of the subjects. Results: on the executive control network, The difference between the control group and the atresia exercise group was significant (P 0.05), the difference between the blocking exercise group and the open exercise group was significant (P 0.01), and the difference between the open exercise group and the control group was significant (P 0.01). There was no significant difference among the three groups on the alert network and the directional network. Conclusion: both open exercise and closed exercise can significantly improve the function of executive control network. Compared with the closed exercise, the open exercise can promote the function of the executive control network of attention more significantly, and the alertness and orientation network of the two types of physical exercise do not promote the benefit.
