【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法等,對(duì)大學(xué)體育素質(zhì)教育供給側(cè)改革進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)論:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變必將引領(lǐng)高等教育的變革,供給側(cè)改革的提出為高等教育發(fā)展提供了改革的思路。體育素質(zhì)教育作為高校素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)容,受傳統(tǒng)教育理念的影響,教育過程中過分強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生主體性地位,導(dǎo)致了供給端教師引領(lǐng)和創(chuàng)新的弱化,最終形成了大學(xué)體育素質(zhì)教育在供給側(cè)和需求側(cè)的失衡現(xiàn)象。供給側(cè)改革能夠引領(lǐng)其建立新的供需結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)教育供給的轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)。按照供給側(cè)改革的思路與邏輯認(rèn)為:大學(xué)體育素質(zhì)教育改革應(yīng)從供給主體、供給內(nèi)容、供給方式、供給環(huán)境四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行思維構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the supply-side reform of college physical education quality education by using the method of literature and materials. Conclusion: the transformation of economic growth mode will lead to the reform of higher education. The introduction of supply-side reform has provided a reform idea for the development of higher education. As the content of quality education in colleges and universities, physical quality education is influenced by the traditional educational idea, and the students' subjective position is overemphasized in the process of education. It leads to the weakening of supply-side teachers' guidance and innovation, and finally forms the imbalance between supply-side and demand-side of college physical education. The supply-side reform can lead to the establishment of a new supply-demand structure. According to the thinking and logic of supply-side reform, the reform of college physical education quality education should be constructed from four aspects: the main body of supply, the content of supply, the mode of supply and the environment of supply.
