正三搖與單搖跳繩技術(shù)的生物力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:正三搖跳繩是在單搖、雙搖跳繩的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來,是跳繩技術(shù)難度系數(shù)最高的動(dòng)作之一。通過對(duì)正三搖和單搖跳繩技術(shù)動(dòng)作的生物力學(xué)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)正三搖在蹬地階段下肢關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)幅度、蹬地力較單搖更大,短時(shí)間內(nèi)重心上升速度更快;騰空階段各關(guān)節(jié)有明顯的屈,滯空時(shí)間更長,更利于繩子快速通過腳底;落地緩沖階段緩沖更充分,地面作用力更大;搖繩速度更快并呈現(xiàn)出一定的節(jié)奏變化。
[Abstract]:The Rope skipping is developed on the basis of single and double Rope skipping, and it is one of the most difficult movements in rope skipping. Through the biomechanical analysis of the Rope skipping technique with positive third Row and single Rope skipping, It is found that the movement amplitude of lower extremity joints in the stage of the positive third rocking is greater than that of the single shaking, and the center of gravity rises faster in a short time, the joints have obvious flexion, the lag time is longer, and it is more favorable for the rope to pass through the soles of the feet quickly. At the stage of landing buffer, the buffer is more sufficient, the ground force is larger, and the rope shaking speed is faster and presents a certain rhythm change.
