供給側改革視角下我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新空間及動力培育

【摘要】:從供給側改革的視角,提出我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的新問題。結合十八屆五中全會"創(chuàng)造新供給"的要求,從"四個全面"的戰(zhàn)略布局、"經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)"的發(fā)展趨勢、"新型城鎮(zhèn)化"戰(zhàn)略及"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略等4個層面,闡述我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的制度創(chuàng)新、結構調(diào)整、跨界融合、需求擴容的發(fā)展新空間,進而根據(jù)供給側改革的新要求,提出體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展動力培育的策略:1)積極培育體育市場,喚醒"沉睡"的資源;2)推進體育體制改革,撬動社會資本的力量;3)引導公眾體育消費觀念,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級;4)打造人才培養(yǎng)高地,引領行業(yè)競爭的制高點。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of supply-side reform, this paper puts forward a new problem of the transformation and upgrading of China's sports industry, combining with the requirement of "creating new supply" of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, From the four aspects of "four comprehensive" strategic layout, the development trend of "new normal economy", the "new urbanization" strategy and "Internet" strategy, this paper expounds the institutional innovation, structural adjustment and cross-border integration of the sports industry in China. According to the new requirements of the supply-side reform, the author puts forward the strategy of cultivating the sports industry development power: 1) actively cultivating the sports market, arousing the "sleeping" resources and pushing forward the reform of the sports system. 3) to guide the concept of public sports consumption, to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading. 4) to create a high level of talent training, and to lead the commanding point of the industry competition.
