北京體育大學(xué)籃球裁判培養(yǎng)理想模式的研究

【摘要】:北京體育大學(xué)是中國體育院校的最高學(xué)府,執(zhí)法CBA的國際級裁判相當(dāng)一部分都曾在這里接受教育,據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),全國50%~60%的籃球裁判員執(zhí)裁起點(diǎn)起于北京體育大學(xué),各省市的一級裁判更是舉不勝舉,他們在學(xué)校期間取得一級或國家級稱號,回到各省市后一步步走向國家或國際的籃球舞臺,可以說北京體育大學(xué)是中國籃球裁判的搖籃,是中國籃球裁判后備力量的培養(yǎng)基地。本文以北京體育大學(xué)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)本科生和籃球?qū)m?xiàng)研究生為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對我校籃球裁判培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)有模式中培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、課余培養(yǎng)、等級考核現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,結(jié)果表明我校教學(xué)目標(biāo)與中國籃球裁判員后備力量緊密結(jié)合;教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論教學(xué)和實(shí)踐培養(yǎng);課余培養(yǎng)主要以自我學(xué)習(xí)為主,裁判員參加培訓(xùn)班和講座次數(shù)比較少,臨場執(zhí)裁頻率偏低;等級考核中二級考核時間較晚,一級裁判員對學(xué)校的貢獻(xiàn)較少,對國家級裁判員培養(yǎng)重視不夠,臨場考核缺乏系統(tǒng)的評價指標(biāo),主觀性強(qiáng)。針對以上分析結(jié)果,提出在教學(xué)方面增設(shè)籃球裁判選修課和增加臨場錄像教學(xué);在課余培養(yǎng)方面,對學(xué)校各個級別的籃球比賽進(jìn)行年級劃分,分類提高臨場執(zhí)裁水平,利用籃球協(xié)會的力量為學(xué)生籃球裁判員提供更多校內(nèi)外籃球比賽執(zhí)裁機(jī)會;等級考核方面,報(bào)考條件中增加對平時執(zhí)裁的要求,增加臨場具體考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn);保障體系中重點(diǎn)關(guān)注畢業(yè)后優(yōu)秀籃球裁判員的發(fā)展,提供平臺。在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建出一套具有較高有效性和客觀性的籃球裁判員培養(yǎng)模式,進(jìn)一步完善我;@球裁判員培養(yǎng)、考核工作,為全國各個體育院校提供有利的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Beijing physical Education University is the highest institution in China's sports colleges and universities. Quite a number of international judges who enforce the law of CBA have received education here. According to incomplete statistics, 50 or 60 percent of basketball referees throughout the country started from Beijing Sports University. The first-level referees of various provinces and cities are even more numerous. They gained the title of first class or national level during the school period and, after returning to the provinces and cities, step by step towards the national or international basketball stage, it can be said that Beijing Sports University is the cradle of Chinese basketball referees. It is the training base of the reserve force of Chinese basketball referees. This paper takes the basketball undergraduates and graduate students of Beijing physical Education University as the research objects, adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, etc. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of training objectives, teaching contents, extracurricular training and grade assessment in the present mode of basketball referee training in our school by means of logic analysis. The results show that the teaching objective of our school is closely combined with the reserve force of Chinese basketball referees; the teaching content is short of systematic theoretical teaching and practical training; the main training after class is self-study, and the referees attend fewer training courses and lectures. The second grade evaluation time is late, the first grade referee's contribution to the school is less, the attention to the national referee training is not enough, and the field examination lacks the systematic evaluation index, the second level evaluation time is relatively late, the first grade referee's contribution to the school is less, the training of the national referee is not enough, In view of the above analysis results, the author puts forward to add the basketball referee elective course and field video teaching in teaching, and in the aspect of extracurricular training, to divide the grade of basketball match at all levels of the school. Classification to improve the level of judgment on the spot, using the strength of basketball association for students basketball referees to provide more opportunities for basketball competition inside and outside the school. In the system of guarantee, we should pay attention to the development of excellent basketball referees after graduation and provide a platform. On this basis, we build a set of basketball referees training mode with high effectiveness and objectivity. Further improve the training of basketball referees, assessment work, for the national sports colleges and universities to provide a favorable reference.
